26/10/2024: Empregado mal educado, enganaram-se num dos pratos e nem reconheceram o erro, mesmo eu dizendo que não havia problema nenhum. Fica em casa se não queres trabalhar... sou guia turístico e levei os meus clientes americanos, que adoraram tudo e queriam voltar lá. Mas com empregados assim, numca mais meto lá os pés. Nem café no final perguntou sequer... resumindo disse para não deixarem gorjeta, porque não merecem os guias a levar clientes.

19/10/2024: This restaurant is truly unique and special. We had such an amazing experience here! The dining area is small but quaint. We were very comfortable there. It didn’t have the feel of some other Portuguese restaurants, where you are packed in like sardines, despite being small. The ambiance was familial and pleasant. 4 out of 5 for the overall environment. The service was excellent! Everyone that works there is very kind and provides excellent service. Our server, Marisa, was one of the best we’ve ever encountered. She was very kind, thoughtful, helpful, and had a wonderful personality. She also made excellent wine recommendations based on what types of wines we generally like. 5 out of 5 for the overall service. The food was incredible. As everyone says, you don’t order at this restaurant. They have a unique menu every night and everyone gets the same thing with small adjustments to accommodate allergies where they can. Personally, I love restaurants like this. I often struggle to choose between different options, I like variety and trying new things, and I like to be surprised. The sheer volume of food is overwhelming. Even though every single dish was incredible, we struggled to make it through all of the courses because there was just so much! 5 out of 5 for the overall quality of the meal. If you’re going to be in Evora, you have to make a reservation for this place. In terms of their service and food, they are amongst the very best that you’ll ever get anywhere.

11/10/2024: Descriminatorios, com mesas vagas negaram a servir sendo que não me deram sequer uma razão. O empregado não me veio sequer receber a porta mandou o chefe que foi peremptório a dizer que não me serviam e que estavam cheios

23/09/2024: A recepção calorosa e o ambiente acolhedor conquistam logo o coração dos clientes. Em relação á comida é simplesmente espetacular e com um sabor muito caseiro, que nos leva sempre a querer voltar.

26/06/2024: A Quinta is an old favourite of ours. I rarely write reviews but my wife and I thought that the Food & Service was so good that I wanted to highlight the restaurant. It is well worth the trip away from the Coast. Parabens guys! David

12/10/2024: Pizza e pasta gradevoli ma decisamente care, il locale è un po’ una caricatura italiana con Totò e Alberto Sordi alle pareti e musica italiana nazionalpopolare, comunque un posto gradevole. Cameriera gentilissima e professionale

20/09/2024: This spot was amazing. Best kept secret in Lisbon. I had filet in an au gratin butter sauce, which was cooked to perfection. Beautiful interior and the server was outstanding. For dessert we had the best chocolate cake I’ve ever tasted in my life. It was kind of like a speakeasy. Didn’t look like much from the outside but the inside was perfect. You had to ring a bell to be to be admitted. I highly recommend eating there. It was a special experience.

25/08/2024: We visited Portugal for our family holiday from the UK. My partner and I recently got engaged and we thought what better way to celebrate our engagement than with our children on our holiday… so we decided to book cafe Sao bento and it did not disappoint! The waiter couldn’t be anymore accommodating especially for our 1 year old! The food was exceptional and the service was second to none!

24/08/2024: Encontrei por acaso e fui calorosamente recebido mesmo sem reserva. Comemos muito bem e porque completamente satisfeitos! Uma excelente localização, ótimos anfitriões e comida fantástica!

24/10/2024: I had the cheese fondue it was great & very tasty. The cheese was melted perfectly, I received great customer service from Debora! Luis was also great, for my menu selection!

01/09/2024: Comida excelente, super bem recebidos pela simpatia do staff, impossível ficar indiferente. Pessoas do bem, o que deveria ser normal em toda a gente mas ficamos admirados quando somos assim tao bem recebidos. Super profissionais na apresentação de todos os pratos, gostam do que fazem e conhecem todos os pratos que apresentam. Preço/qualidade muito bom, recomendo sem duvida e espero um dia voltar. Os meus parabéns a toda a dedicação.

01/09/2024: Atendimento 5* Conhecimento daquilo que vendem , muito simpáticos e prestáveis. Para pessoas do norte de Portugal é sempre difícil corresponder às expectativas na zona centro e sul , contudo fui surpreendida positivamente. Adorei , uma experiência a repetir.

21/09/2024: This restaurant is absolutely NOT closed. Instead we were served with a delicious Tapas lunch this very afternoon. We can recommend the beef sandwich, the goat cheese pie and the delightful bottle of house red wine. Sort it out Tripadvisor!

03/08/2024: How weird that this place is registered as being closed!! We had an amazing dinner here today. The outside seating looks amazing. The food is so good (please try the tuna tartaar) , plenty of amazing wines to choose feom and the staff is wonderful.

04/11/2024: Un très bel accueil Des produits frais de qualité (on a adoré le concept associant le poissonnier et le restaurateur) Un cadre exceptionnel pour un repas (o mercado) Un service et écoute client au Top Et surtout un service avec beaucoup d’humour , d’échange et de chaleur (Comme à la maison) Un Très Grand « Obrigado » a Ricardo Afonso et toute l’équipe José (Do Alentejo) et les « olhos azuis »

01/11/2024: They trested us very bad and asked a lot more for a lobster (155 instead 55 €). The service was also very bad. Don‘t come here… the place is also very ugly and dirty… 🤬😡

20/09/2024: Echt een aanrader veel keuze en lekkere cocktails en genoeg bier alchohol als je kan komen tijdens happy hour zeker doen tussen 17u en 18u30. Hele goede en vriendelijke service

17/09/2024: What a great little bar. The team that work there are all really friendly and welcoming. The menu of drinks is huge most made to order the expresso martini was amazing. This was our local whilst on holiday.
