01/09/2024: Este é um bar invulgar e exactamente o que Lisboa precisava! Um bar super animado onde a diversão está sempre garantida. Há música ao vivo o tempo todo e todos são incentivados a participar, tornando a experiência ainda mais envolvente. O dono do bar é um personagem e tanto – é impossível ficar indiferente a ele. Ele realmente anima o ambiente e brinca com todo mundo. Para quem procura um bar animado em Lisboa, este é definitivamente o local ideal.

28/09/2024: Me surpreendi muito positivamente com esse restaurante. Fica ao lado do hotel que fiquei hospedado e resolvi vir por causa das avaliações. Os pratos são muito bem servidos, o serviço é ótimo e o preço muito em conta. Ótima relação custo x benefício. Recomendo a todos que queiram comer uma boa massa.

27/09/2024: Super Italiener. Waren auch direkt zweimal dort. Super aufmerksamer Service. Pizza super und Lasagne noch besser. Am besten vorab reservieren, da immer sehr gut besucht.

15/08/2024: Um espaço para excelentes refeições, com oportunidade de fazermos as compras de produtos embalados, a granel e congelados. As refeições, com pratos do dia e um menu variado, são simplesmente deliciosas. Já tivemos a oportunidade de almoçar várias vezes e ficamos muito satisfeitos com a qualidade apresentada. A acrescentar, a simpatia e disponibilidade da Joana fazem-nos sentir em casa. Um must na cidade do Porto, a preços aceitáveis.

13/05/2024: Siamo capitati qui su consiglio di una guida turistica, essendo vegetariana non potevo farne a meno.. consiglio a tutti, vegetariani e non 🙂 La titolare gentilissima e molto disponibile, locale carino con la possibilità anche di comprare prodotti alimentari ovviamente vegani 🌱

07/10/2024: Een restaurant een beetje verstopt in een zijstraat maar zeker de moeite waard om te bezoeken. Het eten was in 1 woord geweldig, bediening super vriendelijk. We hebben hier geluncht en hierna ook gelijk besloten s'avonds te eten tijdens ons bezoek aan Lissabon. We hebben een hoop gerechten geprobeerd en allemaal waren ze bijzonder en zeer smakelijk. Komen hier zeker terug bij ons volgende bezoek aan Lissabon.

03/10/2024: The food menu for this restaurant has a quote from i-know-not-which famous person about the ideal intersection between tradition and progress. This is what this place is all about. It is not traditional in the sense of salted cod and stews and there are no candles in wine bottles. It is a very good dining experience, more like fine dining version of tapas. There is a 9 course tasting menu or a la carte, with a recommended 2 snacks, a starter and a main but the starters and mains are plated up as two portions so not rustic tapas. This seems to allow them to do more expensive dishes than otherwise so you each get a piece of suckling pig for example. I'd go with their recommended amounts so you are pleasantly full and not starving or stuffed. The raw ingredients are obviously top quality and the food is genuinely delicious in fine dining style portions but hearty flavours - it is creative but its still food. Its all in a atmosphere that is relaxed for the food quality but not chaotic - its actually very lovely with nods to the history of navigation and a clean modern feel rather than pots lashed to the ceilings. Service was friendly and efficient. I'd book if possible. Ask to see the full wine list by the bottle and not just the shorter bar menu and have all the courses you can manage! Excellent food at a reasonable price in comfortable surroundings.

07/10/2024: Refeição ótima!!! Para além do polvo e da picanha magnífica, toda a simpatia e a forma como fomos servidos fizeram com que nas próximas vindas a Fátima, este restaurante já faça parte dos pontos obrigatórios. A Repetir sem dúvidas!!!

28/09/2024: Qué sitio! Lugar familiar. El camarero súper profesional y amabilísimo. La cocinera también, saliendo a la sala para preguntar y preocuparse de si estaba todo a nuestro gusto. Íbamos con dos niños y también super atentos con ellos, con detalle hacia ellos incluido. Encontrar un lugar así emociona. La comida, picanha y bacalao, espectacular de calidad y cantidad! Nos sentimos como en casa. Si volvemos por la zona, sin duda comeremos ahí.

01/10/2024: We have been coming to this restaurant for the last 12years. Last year we were a bit disappointed but I’m delighted to say this year it was right back to its very high standards. Although it was very busy the staff were attentive, particularly the wine waiter who within minutes of us being seated provided us with a glass of bubbly and before we could finish that had served us a very nice glass of white wine which he then proceeded to top up 5 times before starting on the red wine! I had a steak Rossini and do not understand why we can’t get steak like that at home without paying a fortune. The fixed price menu which allows you to chose freely off the a la carte menu and includes unlimited wine is fantastic value. We will definitely be back next year!

30/09/2024: Disappointed at first visit. The service was a bit slow, but it was a nice place to sit outside the old fort and background music was lovely. The duck breast was very tough so sadly I didn't enjoy it, no staff came to the table at anytime during the meal or I would have mentioned it. The desserts redeemed them, not sure I would go again though.

20/09/2024: This spot was amazing. Best kept secret in Lisbon. I had filet in an au gratin butter sauce, which was cooked to perfection. Beautiful interior and the server was outstanding. For dessert we had the best chocolate cake I’ve ever tasted in my life. It was kind of like a speakeasy. Didn’t look like much from the outside but the inside was perfect. You had to ring a bell to be to be admitted. I highly recommend eating there. It was a special experience.

25/08/2024: We visited Portugal for our family holiday from the UK. My partner and I recently got engaged and we thought what better way to celebrate our engagement than with our children on our holiday… so we decided to book cafe Sao bento and it did not disappoint! The waiter couldn’t be anymore accommodating especially for our 1 year old! The food was exceptional and the service was second to none!

21/09/2024: This restaurant is absolutely NOT closed. Instead we were served with a delicious Tapas lunch this very afternoon. We can recommend the beef sandwich, the goat cheese pie and the delightful bottle of house red wine. Sort it out Tripadvisor!

03/08/2024: How weird that this place is registered as being closed!! We had an amazing dinner here today. The outside seating looks amazing. The food is so good (please try the tuna tartaar) , plenty of amazing wines to choose feom and the staff is wonderful.

28/09/2024: Das Le Monument hat uns auf eine kulinarische Reise durch Portugal entführt. Es war ein unvergesslicher Abend in tollem Ambiente und ausgezeichnetem Personal. Unser Kellner Eduardo hat uns jeden Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen.

31/07/2024: Comment décrire avec quelques mots seulement l'expérience culinaire vécue ce soir ? Un accueil et un service très professionnel, chaleureux et souriant. Un menu "Voyage au Portugal" qui est comme un opéra gastronomique en (au moins) 10 actes particulièrement soigné. C'est bon, original et même à plusieurs moments faits de surprises que nous n'avions jamais vu ailleurs. Cela vaut bien évidemment une étoile au Guide Michelin, mais le parcours du chef Julien devrait rapidement l'amener au firmament d’étoiles au pluriel. Ce fut une soirée simplement marquante et inoubliable.

15/09/2024: E' un ristorante molto intimo e familiare. Menu' vario con qualita' del cibo molto elevata. Noi abbiamo cenato con le 5 portate di degustazioni con abbinamenti di sapori paradisiaci. Raccomandiamo anche la pizza che compete con le migliori pizze italiane Fulvio e Nadia.

01/09/2024: Atendimento 5* Conhecimento daquilo que vendem , muito simpáticos e prestáveis. Para pessoas do norte de Portugal é sempre difícil corresponder às expectativas na zona centro e sul , contudo fui surpreendida positivamente. Adorei , uma experiência a repetir.

01/09/2024: Comida excelente, super bem recebidos pela simpatia do staff, impossível ficar indiferente. Pessoas do bem, o que deveria ser normal em toda a gente mas ficamos admirados quando somos assim tao bem recebidos. Super profissionais na apresentação de todos os pratos, gostam do que fazem e conhecem todos os pratos que apresentam. Preço/qualidade muito bom, recomendo sem duvida e espero um dia voltar. Os meus parabéns a toda a dedicação.
