100% recommendable lunch or dining option in Lisbon.
Besides the amazing food, the service is top. We were attended by Sandeep amongst others and it was delightful to have him take care of you.
This restaurant is amongst our top 5 in Lisbon.

09/11/2023: Came around this restaurant by chance! Best Indian restaurant I’ve ate at by far, incredible food from starters to main courses. Impeccable service, a lot of helpful suggestions from the staff, even offered a blanket because we were seated outside.
Hands down if you are in Luz or Lagos and fancy Indian food you should pop by!

29/11/2023: Food , service, and overall experience were awesome. While in Lisbon on a 4-day trip, we visited Shree Ram three nights for dinner and enjoyed swaminarayan food. The food was very tasty, and our server Dhruv was excellent as well. Great place to enjoy pure vegetarian food without compromising taste.

26/11/2023: Wir waren heute das erste Mal hier zum Essen. Sehr nettes Personal, das auch bei der Wahl der vielen Gerichte behilflich ist. Das Essen selber hat wirklich ausgezeichnet geschmeckt, war reichlich, gut und angemessen in der Schärfe (konnte man wählen). Wir können das Restaurant nur empfehlen - sehr gut.
26/11/2023: We had a delightful family lunch at Gurkha Kitchen on a Sunday. The food was beyond delicious, showcasing the rich flavors of their cuisine. Every dish was a treat and the variety on the menu pleased us all.
A special mention goes to Bimal, whose service was exceptionally kind and attentive. He added a personal touch to our dining experience, making us feel welcome and well taken care of.
Gurkha Kitchen is undoubtedly a gem in Carvoreia for those craving authentic flavors. The combination of great food and warm service makes it a top choice for families and anyone looking for a delightful culinary experience.

21/11/2023: Called and picked up food. Call was polite and professional. Pick-up rather disappointing experience beginning with me entering restaurant and a young waiter in an doorman manner almost hindering me from approaching the place inside the restaurant where I picked up my items. When it came to paying mentioned waiter made me feel as if I won’t be able to make payment. I felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming.
Food: Ordered four dishes. Two medium mild, two mild. Spices in three dishes were almost undetectable. One dish was good.
I would advise the restaurant to train its employees properly in order to conduct a smooth pick-up experience. After all the business of waiting tables is a service.
