25/09/2024: Fetoria is a top notch, Michelin star restaurant in the Belem neighborhood. Everything about this experience reinforces the high standards of quality in not only each dish, but the ambience, as well as the presentation. Each course was a contemporary interpretation of locally sourced dishes, modified for an international palate, and presented as an artistic expression of the best aspects of Portuguese culture. Since our evening included a wine pairing, during the course of the meal we were treated to and learned a great deal about the best wines Portugal has to offer. The staff is as accommodating and friendly, as they are knowledgeable. They were genuinely enthusiastic to share their culinary culture with us in a wholly accessible manner that made us feel completely at home. For us, Fetoria was the perfect respite from the hustle and bustle of the Lisbon tourist scene. An unforgettable meal and an wonderful experience.

Exotic spices from faraway places are combined with traditional Portuguese ingredients and flavors. Not only that, it has a warm and charming reception space and a restaurant with a classic and modern feel. Figure 1, mushrooms, white truffles and sea bass. The strong smell of white truffles mixed with the mellow aroma of mushrooms paired with sea bass, the taste is fresh and salty, and the smell of white truffles is obvious

09/10/2024: Très belle découverte du Fado et dîner excellent. Filipe prend le temps de dialoguer avec chaque table et de partager sa passion de la musique . Artistes de grande qualité. À recommander 👍

08/10/2024: -Street parking fills quickly from 6:30-7:00 (free after 7:00) -Doors open at 7:30 -Meals are 3 parts, appetizers/main course/dessert -Performances started at 8:40, each one lasts about 30 minutes, with 30 minute breaks. 4 performances. -Meals are served between performances -Most dishes are really good. Avoid the steak. -There are important rules to follow with Fado: -no flash photography or lights on for videos -don’t play on your phone during performances. If you can’t go 30 minutes without your phone, you are not mature enough for Fado. -clapping after performances is okay/encouraged at this location. -don’t talk during performances. Seriously. If you can’t shut up for 30 minutes, go somewhere else. Don’t ruin it for everyone else.

30/08/2024: I really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere at the restaurant. I also loved how kind and enthusiastic all the staff were. And the food was absolutely delicious. Could not recommend Copélia more.

30/08/2024: This place is amazong for all meals, especially brunch and lunch! The staff were really nice and kind and tried their best to communite with us, despite the language barriers. The atmosphere was amazing and representative of Portuguese culture!

01/09/2024: Este é um bar invulgar e exactamente o que Lisboa precisava! Um bar super animado onde a diversão está sempre garantida. Há música ao vivo o tempo todo e todos são incentivados a participar, tornando a experiência ainda mais envolvente. O dono do bar é um personagem e tanto – é impossível ficar indiferente a ele. Ele realmente anima o ambiente e brinca com todo mundo. Para quem procura um bar animado em Lisboa, este é definitivamente o local ideal.

28/09/2024: Me surpreendi muito positivamente com esse restaurante. Fica ao lado do hotel que fiquei hospedado e resolvi vir por causa das avaliações. Os pratos são muito bem servidos, o serviço é ótimo e o preço muito em conta. Ótima relação custo x benefício. Recomendo a todos que queiram comer uma boa massa.

27/09/2024: Super Italiener. Waren auch direkt zweimal dort. Super aufmerksamer Service. Pizza super und Lasagne noch besser. Am besten vorab reservieren, da immer sehr gut besucht.

07/10/2024: Een restaurant een beetje verstopt in een zijstraat maar zeker de moeite waard om te bezoeken. Het eten was in 1 woord geweldig, bediening super vriendelijk. We hebben hier geluncht en hierna ook gelijk besloten s'avonds te eten tijdens ons bezoek aan Lissabon. We hebben een hoop gerechten geprobeerd en allemaal waren ze bijzonder en zeer smakelijk. Komen hier zeker terug bij ons volgende bezoek aan Lissabon.

03/10/2024: The food menu for this restaurant has a quote from i-know-not-which famous person about the ideal intersection between tradition and progress. This is what this place is all about. It is not traditional in the sense of salted cod and stews and there are no candles in wine bottles. It is a very good dining experience, more like fine dining version of tapas. There is a 9 course tasting menu or a la carte, with a recommended 2 snacks, a starter and a main but the starters and mains are plated up as two portions so not rustic tapas. This seems to allow them to do more expensive dishes than otherwise so you each get a piece of suckling pig for example. I'd go with their recommended amounts so you are pleasantly full and not starving or stuffed. The raw ingredients are obviously top quality and the food is genuinely delicious in fine dining style portions but hearty flavours - it is creative but its still food. Its all in a atmosphere that is relaxed for the food quality but not chaotic - its actually very lovely with nods to the history of navigation and a clean modern feel rather than pots lashed to the ceilings. Service was friendly and efficient. I'd book if possible. Ask to see the full wine list by the bottle and not just the shorter bar menu and have all the courses you can manage! Excellent food at a reasonable price in comfortable surroundings.

20/09/2024: This spot was amazing. Best kept secret in Lisbon. I had filet in an au gratin butter sauce, which was cooked to perfection. Beautiful interior and the server was outstanding. For dessert we had the best chocolate cake I’ve ever tasted in my life. It was kind of like a speakeasy. Didn’t look like much from the outside but the inside was perfect. You had to ring a bell to be to be admitted. I highly recommend eating there. It was a special experience.

25/08/2024: We visited Portugal for our family holiday from the UK. My partner and I recently got engaged and we thought what better way to celebrate our engagement than with our children on our holiday… so we decided to book cafe Sao bento and it did not disappoint! The waiter couldn’t be anymore accommodating especially for our 1 year old! The food was exceptional and the service was second to none!

01/09/2024: Atendimento 5* Conhecimento daquilo que vendem , muito simpáticos e prestáveis. Para pessoas do norte de Portugal é sempre difícil corresponder às expectativas na zona centro e sul , contudo fui surpreendida positivamente. Adorei , uma experiência a repetir.

Pessoas do bem, o que deveria ser normal em toda a gente mas ficamos admirados quando somos assim tao bem recebidos. Super profissionais na apresentação de todos os pratos, gostam do que fazem e conhecem todos os pratos que apresentam. Preço/qualidade muito bom, recomendo sem duvida e espero um dia voltar. 13/07/2024: Ristorante con cucina onesta e che si avvicina abbastanza bene a quella originale italiana. Bell'ambiente e personale super cordiale prezzi convenienti e servizio ottimo, ci siamo trovati benissimo.

18/10/2024: Pela primeira vez fui à Casa Nepalesa e que bela surpresa tivemos! O espaço é super familiar, lindíssimo, decorado à nacionalidade da casa, assim como os funcionários andam a servir com as vestes típicas. Estes são de uma simpatia extrema, um carinho com os clientes… Algo raro de se encontrar hoje em dia. Já para não falar da comida que degustamos… Tudo incrível! Tudo delicioso! Sem palavras.. Será uma experiência a repetir, sem dúvida! Estão de parabéns. Obrigada em especial ao colaborador “Sandeet”, foi um amor no atendimento para connosco! Sentimo-nos mesmo acolhidos na Sua Casa.

05/09/2024: We visited this restaurant after reading other great reviews on Tripadvisor and it certainly didn’t disappoint! From the moment we arrived the staff were friendly and attentive but unobtrusive. They gave some great advice about wine choices, recommending one of the cheaper wines which was delicious! Although the restaurant frontage is very plain and would be easy to miss, the interior feels high quality and there was a great buzz - the restaurant was full on the Monday night we visited. The food was delicious and the portions large. Our waiter asked before putting the couvert down and that was delicious meaning we didn’t need a starter. We had bread rolls, amazing soft cheese, oil and balsamic vinegar and some croquettes with beef. Our main courses were also delicious. We chose a rare beef salad, slow cooked black pork and a deconstructed tiger prawn and sea bass stew. We finished with a hot chocolate soufflé to share. It’s fair to say we were blown away with the restaurant and it was easily the best meal of our visit to Lisbon. We hadn’t booked and were lucky that as we went quite early they managed to squeeze us in but I would definitely recommend booking.

14/08/2024: Visita improvável em almoço de trabalho desvendou uma sala bem arranjada por trás do Campo Pequeno. Menu adequado, assente em cozinha portuguesa bem confeccionada. A rever: tarifa de extras Serviço atento e rápido. Boa opção!

14/10/2024: Found this place by coincident and wow, what a treat!! Tasty food, friendly service and price wise great. Definitely recommend this place for any and everyone that enjoys fresh and unique food, away from the tourist it in the heart of Lissabon.

14/10/2024: Das Essen ist phantastisch und die Ambience - egal ob drinnen oder draussen - phantastisch. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war super und das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und hat uns überaus freundlich bedient. Es war ein tolles Erlebnis, ich würde wieder kommen und kann das Organi nur empfehlen (übrigens hat mir die Chefin erzählt, dass in einem Jahr der Aussenbereich vergrössert wird und es ein zweites Restaurant in Lissabon geben wird - sehr cool!).
