24/08/2024: C'est la perfection, accueil exceptionnel, service exceptionnel, qualité des mets,excellent rapport qualité prix. Nous avons vécu un moment magique le temps de notre repas, en plus la décoration est parfaite. Le serveur Marco nous a fait voyager, il est de très bon conseil.

10/10/2024: The service was outstanding and the food was fun, creative, and delicious! We loved their versions of gazpacho and the tapas plate for two was amazing. The lime semifredo was a masterpiece as advertised! Awesome job by the kitchen and front of the house to make this a truly special experience

05/10/2024: Last night we had an amazing dinner here. The food was so flavorful and uniquely presented. Were very impressed with the compound butters beautifully presented and their taste. The Octopus was Devine, as was the Corvina. Loved the different flavors of the Tapas, and my pear on brioche & ice cream was delicious! The service was friendly and superb. Thank you for a wonderful and unforgettable meal.

25/09/2024: Fetoria is a top notch, Michelin star restaurant in the Belem neighborhood. Everything about this experience reinforces the high standards of quality in not only each dish, but the ambience, as well as the presentation. Each course was a contemporary interpretation of locally sourced dishes, modified for an international palate, and presented as an artistic expression of the best aspects of Portuguese culture. Since our evening included a wine pairing, during the course of the meal we were treated to and learned a great deal about the best wines Portugal has to offer. The staff is as accommodating and friendly, as they are knowledgeable. They were genuinely enthusiastic to share their culinary culture with us in a wholly accessible manner that made us feel completely at home. For us, Fetoria was the perfect respite from the hustle and bustle of the Lisbon tourist scene. An unforgettable meal and an wonderful experience.

Exotic spices from faraway places are combined with traditional Portuguese ingredients and flavors. Not only that, it has a warm and charming reception space and a restaurant with a classic and modern feel. Figure 1, mushrooms, white truffles and sea bass. 27/09/2024: Nous avons passé un moment délicieux dans ce restaurant familial. L'accueil du patron est exceptionnel ! Tous les plats FAIT MAISON vous sont expliqués. La cuisine portugaise est réalisée avec des ingrédients de qualité par la patronne. Un grand bravo à toute l'équipe. Restaurant typique à conseiller sans aucune réserve !

10/09/2024: Gedurende ons 4-daags verblijf in Canico hebben we hier 2x gedineerd. Kan alleen maar bevestigen dat de hoge waardering helemaal terecht is. Gezellig ingerichte bistro, leuke/efficiënte bediening en, wat het belangrijkste is, heerlijk bereide gerechten. Van voorgerecht t/m dessert, alles mooi gepresenteerd en superlekker. Ook prijstechnisch zit het wel goed, misschien iets duurder als sommige andere restaurants, maar dat is het meer dan waard.

09/10/2024: Très belle découverte du Fado et dîner excellent. Filipe prend le temps de dialoguer avec chaque table et de partager sa passion de la musique . Artistes de grande qualité. À recommander 👍

08/10/2024: -Street parking fills quickly from 6:30-7:00 (free after 7:00) -Doors open at 7:30 -Meals are 3 parts, appetizers/main course/dessert -Performances started at 8:40, each one lasts about 30 minutes, with 30 minute breaks. 4 performances. -Meals are served between performances -Most dishes are really good. Avoid the steak. -There are important rules to follow with Fado: -no flash photography or lights on for videos -don’t play on your phone during performances. If you can’t go 30 minutes without your phone, you are not mature enough for Fado. -clapping after performances is okay/encouraged at this location. -don’t talk during performances. Seriously. If you can’t shut up for 30 minutes, go somewhere else. Don’t ruin it for everyone else.

18/08/2024: Au sortir d'une rando assez facile le long d'une lavada (au départ de Prazeres même), nous avons décidé d'aller manger un petit bout dans le village, et juste en face de l'Eglise, à l'angle de la rue, se trouve cet établissement. On y sert une petite restauration de très belle qualité (toasts, tartes, pâtisseries, jus de fruits,...), servie copieusement et avec le sourire. Devant une carte "réduite" par rapport à leurs habitudes alimentaires, nos enfants ont choisi des toasts aux saveurs "révolutionnaires" pour eux, et ils ont adoré, c'est dire ! Bref, ce café n'est pas le restaurant où vous ferez le gueuleton de votre vie, mais notre passage là-bas s'est révélé aussi sympathique qu'appétissant. Très bien.

21/07/2024: Tout est très frais et bon. Jus de fruits 😋. Les deux charmantes dames sont très souriantes et très agréables. Une belle petite surprise

26/08/2024: Pelo segundo ano consecutivo, deslocámo-nos de Vilamoura a Estombar para jantar no Charneco, depois da maravilhosa experiência tida no ano passado. O menu é composto por 5 entradas, todas confecionadas com produtos locais e de acordo com a estação do ano. Seguem-se um prato de peixe e outro de carne, terminando com um misto de sobremesas. Mais uma vez, tudo o que nos serviram estava perfeito. O ambiente do restaurante é muito agradável, assim como o atendimento, muito simpático e atencioso. Seguramente que voltaremos na próxima oportunidade.

12/06/2024: Restaurante situado em Estômbar afastado das zonas turisticas, bem decorado, aqui o menu disponível é o de degustação optamos pela indicação, comida saborosa e bem confeccionada. Gostamos muito e voltaremos.

30/08/2024: Just couldn’t believe how good the food was. We had fried gambas - marinated in a beautiful sauce. We also had beef cheeks again cooked in a beautiful tasty sauce with the meat just falling apart. We also had a dish I thought we would just try for novelty - chips, ham with a fried egg on the top, mixed up with a fork at the table before serving. I was sure it would just taste if English egg and chips but it was stunning - I found out later it was mixed in a truffle oil. It was gorgeous. Bread was served for one euro and a selection of different breads came. We had a glass of house white and a house red - less than 5 euros each. And both high quality. Again I found out later that the red was an alentejo which in our experience is always a good wine. With drinks, puddings, brandy the whole lot came to under 60 euros for both of us. First I think they should put their prices up. It’s clear the food is cooked over hours and prepared meticulously. Also the staff were super. Thankyou so much. What a pleasure.

30/09/2024: What a fantastic dining experience from start to finish . We had booked before leaving the UK and were most certainly not disappointed. Loved the ambiance and the fact each dish was explained to you The food and the combination of ingredients in each dish were exceptional and the chef really knows what he is doing Will definitely be returning to this restaurant on our return to Faro in the future and we both agreed it was the best meal of our holiday .

26/09/2024: This is a must visit if you enjoy your food. Lovely couple running this small restaurant who have an undoubted passion for their food. If you want to visit I would recommend booking first so as not to disappoint. This was our second visit and a great place to celebrate anniversary. Hopefully we will return again next year!

11/10/2024: Descriminatorios, com mesas vagas negaram a servir sendo que não me deram sequer uma razão. O empregado não me veio sequer receber a porta mandou o chefe que foi peremptório a dizer que não me serviam e que estavam cheios

30/08/2024: This place is amazong for all meals, especially brunch and lunch! The staff were really nice and kind and tried their best to communite with us, despite the language barriers. The atmosphere was amazing and representative of Portuguese culture!

29/08/2024: Gosto de comer aqui, e quando estou no Algarve venho aqui e como demais todas as suas deliciosas e variadas comidas. O casal é adorável e tem muito gosto pelo ambiente e tem muito gosto por vinhos e decorações. Perfeito para ter uma ótima experiência gastronômica para experiências íntimas a dois, mas também para grandes grupos. Definitivamente voltando. Obrigado!
