29/06/2025: We referred here from a friend in NH. Stopped in during an island tour and made reservations for lunch the following Tuesday. Good thing, as the restaurant was packed. Fabulous service and the food was superb. We both had the bacalla (salted cod) and the portion was huge and fantastic. Extensive wine list and settled on the vino Verde, which went perfect with the fish. Our waitress was great. Friendly, attentive. Had the flan for dessert which was great also. The meal came with an assorted bread basket of wonderful breads. We strongly recommend you visit this restaurant when on the island of Terceira. You won't be disappointed.

11/08/2025: Pour la 2 eme fois cette année on a déjeuner au restaurant O Tasco les bons points leurs cornets Sont bons les frites sont bonnes ainsi que la salade la première fois on a mangé sur la terrasse impeccable , la deuxième fois à l’intérieur bof trop bruyant et 2 serveurs par très aimable un peu déçu

06/07/2025: This is a phenomenal family gem. The seafood soup, the grilled octopus, the homemade bread… incredible! And then there were the desserts. Good Lord! I could eat the raspberry custard daily. I’d like to stay here and be adopted and fed by this wonderful family.

04/07/2025: This family owned and operated restaurant is exactly what you would want out of an authentic Portuguese experience. Family. Making memories. Tasting culture in every bite. We couldn’t have asked for anything better than what we experienced that day. Every dish was made with love that you could taste.
