Os melhores restaurantes

09/11/2025: As bebidas são muito caras, com preços exorbitantes para a qualidade oferecida. Quando chegamos, estava passando um jogo de futebol brasileiro entre Boca Juniors e River Plate, com um volume ensurdecedor que tornava a conversa praticamente impossível. Quando pegamos cartas para jogar, nos disseram para não fazê-lo. Nesse momento, o local estava apenas meio vazio. Nunca vimos nada parecido em nenhum outro lugar do mundo. Acabamos tomando apenas um drinque, que inclusive tinha um preço ambíguo. Infelizmente, este lugar definitivamente não é recomendado. Que pena. Ao sairmos, vimos uma placa indicando que o local estava sob nova administração. Claramente, a nova administração tem muito trabalho a fazer.

02/11/2025: Como fica no centro de Lisboa e eu moro aqui, acho que os preços são inflacionados porque, por estar no centro, o público-alvo são os turistas. Paguei 20 euros por um hambúrguer e, embora não tenha encontrado nenhum defeito, achei caro para Portugal. Acho que, pelo preço, poderia ser muito melhor, pois era um hambúrguer bem comum. Nada de espetacular. Os funcionários foram muito simpáticos, prestativos e falavam inglês muito bem. É um lugar agradável. Só acho que é um pouco caro para a qualidade da comida.

03/06/2025: Review for Ponto Final – The TikTok Viral Restaurant An unfortunate and frustrating experience from start to finish. We arrived at 7:40 PM and weren’t seated until 9 PM—nearly 2.5 hours later. Since they don’t take reservations after 7 PM, it’s first come, first served. What they don’t mention is that you’ll need to wait about an hour just to get your name on the list… and then queue again to grab drinks while you wait to be seated. That line took another hour, and we were left standing outside in freezing winds, sharing bread and olives on a stone ledge by the water as the sun set and the cold set in. After all that waiting, our name was skipped entirely on the waitlist. We watched multiple groups who arrived well after us get seated ahead. When I pointed this out to the gray-haired host (whom everyone seems to rave about), he gave a half-hearted apology and finally seated us—almost three hours after we arrived. Because we had been out in the cold for so long, we asked to be seated inside. Once inside, we sat for 20 minutes without any acknowledgment. No waiter approached us for drink orders, nothing. It was our last night in Portugal, and we felt invisible. When we finally placed our order, I opened the menu only to find it covered in black mold. I lost my appetite. I flagged it to our waiter, who didn’t seem to care. Meanwhile, every table around us was getting great service and attention. We felt completely disregarded. We were seated at 9 PM. Our food didn’t arrive until 10:40 PM—20 minutes before closing. Even then, it came in parts. My partners veal arrived much earlier than expected, and my grilled sardines were delayed another 15–20 minutes after that. I had to flag down a different server—not even ours—to check on our food. Our assigned waiter never once came to check in. As a waitress from New York, I understand the chaos of busy nights—but this was unacceptable. We rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was so disappointing it felt like a joke. We paid the same as everyone else, yet were treated as if we didn’t matter. When we brought our concerns to the host at the end of the night, he brushed it off with, “Well, we have good reviews.” That’s not the point. You took our time and money, and our experience didn’t reflect your supposed standards. The arrogance was disheartening. They comped dessert but still charged for water—what a joke. He blamed how busy the restaurant was, but every other table was properly taken care of. It almost felt personal. The food was good, but the treatment was honestly heartbreaking. Sadly, we won’t be coming back.

03/06/2025: Ponto Final If you follow Netflix’s “Somebody Feed Phil,” their first episode was set in Portugal and featured a restaurant at the end of the world, aptly named Ponto Final. Trust me, it’s easier to find your way around New York or Manila than this place. After a ferry ride from Lisbon to Casilhas across the Tagus River, a bus ride where Google made us stop sooner (we should have listened to the old lady who told us to get off later), and navigating through graffiti-infested small alleys, we finally arrived at the edge of a cliff wall, deciding to what seemed like a torn-down cannery. It definitely felt like a scene from The Twilight Zone. Descending nearly 80 steps, we finally saw those familiar yellow metal tables and chairs. Whew! We made it. But wait, we had to wait an hour since we couldn’t get reservations. Finally, we got to sit down. This better be good, Phil, or I’ll stop watching Netflix. My sister recommended this place to us as well. Our grilled sardines and fried horse mackerel were cooked to perfection, but the side of tomato rice was the real surprise. Everything was done just right, and who needs ambiance when you can hear the waves crashing about 10 feet from your table and enjoy the breathtaking view of Lisbon? If you’re lucky, you’ll get that table at the end where you can just fall into the ocean if you had one too many glasses of wine. Getting back to the ferry was another adventure. Thankfully, the elevator was working (yesterday it wasn’t), and just imagine climbing that cliff wall while full of food. Other than getting there and back, I would highly recommend Ponto Final for all the right (and even wrong) reasons. It will undoubtedly leave an indelible mark in our memories.

10/10/2025: Que lugar incrível! Acabamos comendo aqui dois dias seguidos, simplesmente porque era divertido, bom e delicioso! O serviço é excelente e a comida é fantástica. Embora não seja fácil para nós (como holandeses) voltar uma terceira vez, adoraríamos se a oportunidade surgisse.

12/10/2025: Fomos jantar ao Açude, de forma inesperada, e como último recurso, motivados por um artigo online que mencionava a garrafeira como a melhor da cidade de Coimbra. A descrição e as fotos dos pratos, disponíveis online, prometiam um local elegante, contudo, ao chegar, somos surpreendidos com uma esplanada coberta de lona e uma TV a transmitir um jogo de futebol - neste momento, fui rever se estavamos no local certo. Tudo indicava que sim. Uma vez, lá dentro, o serviço é super atencioso, do início ao fim. A qualidade dos produtos e a ousadia das receitas criam uma experiência gastronómica de alto relevo. Comemos até lambuzar. Ficará para sempre gravado na nossa memória o jantar no Açude. A nossa sugestão é levar a decoração e o ambiente do restaurante ao mesmo nível da comida e da garrafeira. Muitos parabéns.

26/08/2025: Serviço muito demorado, completa desorganização, staff simpático, comida saborosa mas as sobremesas , 1 tarte de nata estava ainda semi congelada e a mousse instantânea.

20/04/2025: O senhor abriu-nos o restaurante de propósito no domingo de Páscoa para eu poder comer com os meus avós. Fomos muito bem recebidos, e comemos melhor ainda. Comemos todos o Mar e Terra, e todos se consolaram.

24/10/2025: Este é um grande supermercado bem em frente à Estação Parque. Parece pequeno, mas na verdade tem tudo o que você precisa. Consegui encontrar uma boa seleção de vinho do Porto, sardinhas em lata e salgadinhos que seriam ótimos souvenirs. A seleção de vinhos do Porto é limitada a safras finas e de 10 anos. Nada de Shin Ramyun ou comida coreana. Há também uma praça de alimentação, um restaurante de sushi, um cantinho de queijos e um cantinho de bacalhau, tornando-o um local popular para jantar entre os moradores locais.

12/10/2025: Um dos melhores supermercados de Lisboa. Tem de tudo, inclusive uma grande variedade de comida para viagem. Os funcionários são rápidos e muito profissionais.
