05/10/2024: Tolles Essen in einer netten Lokation. Alle Plätze sind im Außenbereich und nicht überdacht. Das Essen war sehr gut und reichhaltig. Die Spieße werden über dem offenen Feuer gegart. Guter und freundlicher Service. Gute Preise. Kommen bestimmt beim nächsten Urlaub auf Madeira wieder.
20/08/2024: Gezellig buiten gezeten. Leuke omgeving, duidelijke kaart, aardig personeel en vlotte bediening. Het eten smaakte goed en werd leuk gepresenteerd. Niks op aan te merken. Kortom: een aanrader! :-)

20/09/2024: We were really looking forward to checking out the jazz only to find that the place closed some time ago. Shame. Funchal is a great city but the icing on the cake would be some live music.

06/10/2024: We were there two times before and the food and attention was ok. The third time it was somewhat miserable. First the muscles were full of sand, not cleaned very well and second the ravioli were one solid burnt block. This can happen but the waiters were just indifferent and charged the spoiled meal fully. That was the last time we were visiting this place. Why care about some guests, when next day the restaurant fills up again? As said, I can excuse a mishap but not such arrogance.
25/09/2024: Literally just been! The prawns on the stone were amazing. Lovely service. Really friendly. Would definitely recommend

11/09/2024: Nous avons séjourné à l'hôtel the Vine fin aout 2024 et nous avons pu profité de trois diners. Je dois dire que nous avons été subjugués par la cuisine délicieuse (spéciale dédicace pour les joues de porc) et la gentillesse du personnel. Le cadre est splendide, les plats sont magiques mélangeant plusieurs inspirations et saveurs. Une révélation ! Vraiment une belle expérience.
