26/08/2024: We ordered a takeaway for a family of 5. Phoned through, placed order easily but be aware - cash only. Large order but only took 30mins to be ready. All dishes were excellent. Only slight issue was the pickles that came with our poppadoms. Lime pickle was good but other pickles were not to our taste. That said, we would highly recommend the New Jaipur.
11/08/2024: Thanks so much to all the staff for a fantastic experience. The staff were very attentive when dealing with my son who has a severe nut allergy.
The food was great quality and the presentation was amazing.
Thanks for a lovely evening, we will definitely be back soon and highly recommend! Especially the onion bhajis which were so gorgeous!!!

09/10/2024: We headed here on a recommendation from our hotel bar staff - we didn’t like the thought of sticking to the over priced Main Streets. We were not disappointed- service was quick and friendly, the food choice was amazing too - so many dishes to choose from, and the portions were more than ample - we couldn’t finish!
The naan breads were delicious, everything tasted freshly made.
Drink choice was great - loads of wines and beers to choose. Would recommend - and certainly worth the short walk away from those tourist traps!
12/06/2024: Visited twice during a week in Lisbon. Authentic Punjabi food which we all enjoyed. If we visit Lisbon again, will definitely return.
Recommend the chickpea curry. Very delicious. Naans were amazing too

23/10/2024: I wanted to try the Indian pizza having previously read a good review. I was not disappointed. I had a vegetarian one of medium strength. It had a lovely flavour and next time I will try a spicy one.
21/10/2024: I love the samosas here! They are crispy and delicious. We frequently pop in for supper and are never disappointed. The welcome is warm and genuine, and George and Shiney go to great lengths to make us feel like family.

Os pratos que não precisam ser picantes ou salgados são bons, por exemplo, methi malai paneer. Os pratos que precisam ser picantes ou cheios de sabor não justificam este restaurante. Pedimos dal tadka, eles usaram chana daal em vez de toor daal e também não eram saborosos.

28/10/2024: You have to visit this restaurant if you like Indian food the food is spectacular and the service is just as good. Already spent one night this week whilst on holiday in Albufeira and plan a visit again in a day or two. We ate here several times over the last few years while visiting Albufeira for holidays, This time We took Friends with us and we all enjoyed our food.
24/10/2024: We had the most amazing meal here this evening! We came on recommendation of friends who had visited several times in the past and we weren't disappointed. We had the lamb pasanda, vegetable jalfrezi, Bombay aloo, garlic naan and chips as well as poppadoms and bajis to start. Everything cooked to perfection, lamb was melt in the mouth and the service was fantastic. Staff so friendly and chatty, we will definitely be back next time we're in Albuferia!

27/07/2024: Our reviews are 5 out of 5. The menu is amazing, and the serving container (Uruli) is very much interesting , staffs are very friendly and the food was excellent .our kids loved the rose ice cream, must try .
03/07/2024: EXTREMELY expensive for the quantity they provide. Size of appetizers is VERY small. We had vegetarian food. Will not come back for sure. We had 2 appetizers, 2 panner tikka curry, 1 ghee dosa, 1 extra sambhar, 3 garlic Naan. All this for 2 adults, 12 yr old boy and 8 yr old girl. They didn’t even allow my daughter’s water bottle as they wanted us to pay for water. If you see less to no indians in an indian restaurant, something is wrong. Beware and make your choice. Karela is one of the most beautiful place in India, sadly this restaurant is not.

15/09/2024: We found this restaurant after eating elsewhere and immediately booked a table for the night after. The restaurant is small, almost cramped, so reserving a table makes sense. The food and the service were very good. This is how vegetarian ( or vegan) food should be. We loved the photos of each dish as a help to choosing. The hotness of the dishes was just what we wanted. Thank you for a pleasant evening.

26/03/2024: Atendimento muito acolhedor. A comida não é cara e a qualidade é muito alta. As porções também são de bom tamanho. Além disso, deram uma entrada e um pequeno drink acompanhado de sementes no final da refeição, tudo por conta da casa. Resumindo, um ótimo lugar para levar a pessoa amada ou para experimentar uma comida diferente com os amigos. Eu recomendo muito.
