22/12/2024: I went here for my birthday dinner on the 14th of December. The staff were so amazing, funny & just kind. One of the guys even helped take our pictures. We all got creme brûlée for dessert & it was literally so perfect! I got pepper’s potatoes & lamb chops, honestly potatoes were from heaven!! They also had a live acoustic band singing pop songs, really lovely. I also received a cake & a bottle of wine! Didn’t take pictures of food, just videos.Exceptional service to be honest, will definitely be returning! ✨

06/12/2024: Increíble, es la única palabra que puede usar para todo. El personal, la bienvenida, la comida y la vista. Me sentí totalmente relajado, disfruté de toda la comida y nuestro décimo aniversario fue una noche para recordar. Gracias a todos por hacerlo tan especial. Muito Obrigado 10 / 10 - Sarah & Anthony

09/02/2025: Excellent. Second visit to this restaurant and can't fault it. As it was Feb we were inside (August 2024 we were seated outside in a beautiful garden area) in the warm & cosy unpretentious dining room Staff are great, accommodating and provide service with a smile. 4 of us had starters: prawns x2, paté and chorizo - all hearty portions and delicious Followed by roast bees X3 and a fish curry. Being from the north of England we know a good Yorkshire pud when we see one and these were great. I wouldn't normally have a 'Sunday Dinner' when abroad but having previously has the fish curry, opted for the beef which was melt in the mouth. 2 had desserts, a mango coconut creme brulee and an Eaton Mess which were both good, washed down with wine and coffees all for less than we paid for 1/2 as much food at a popular beach side restaurant the previous night. The restaurant was very quiet tonight and I don't know why - if you're eating elsewhere, you're missing out!! Monica's will be a regular destination on every visit to the Algarve.

04/02/2025: Jantar entre casais, 1 local super intimista e acolhedor, alias há imagem do proprietario e restante staff. Cocktails deliciosos, sortido de entradas bastante bem conseguido e saborosos, e pratos principais divinais, super destaque para o bife wellington, 1 maravilha de 1 prato classico cozinhado no ponto perfeito e super saboroso, tudo presente, a textura, a apresentação e o sabor, tudo isto num jantar regado com 2 boas garrafas de vinho e finalizando com 1 sobremesa de bradar aos ceus escolhida pelo proprietario. Este é daqueles restaurantes aue nao precisam de publicidade, é 1 verdadeira joia escondida. Voltarei certamente apos esta experiencia inolvidavel.

08/01/2025: Tuvimos una gran noche en casa de Fernando. El personal era amable, y la familia - como. La comida fue cocinada a la perfección. Esperamos volver a probar una variedad de alimentos de su menú.

06/01/2025: Aparecimos sin reserva en Nochevieja, pero nos dieron la bienvenida rápidamente a una mesa exterior. Si bien fue un poco frío, apreciamos la bienvenida y para ser acomodado en una noche ocupada. El calentador exterior era muy bienvenido! Nuestros filetes, un filete y una rabadilla, eran enormes, perfectamente cocinados y muy tiernos. El servicio era perfecto. Inglés hablado. Excelente relación calidad-precio. Lo recomendaría y volvería si en la zona de nuevo.

15/02/2025: Visited on recommendation and truly didn’t disappoint. Warm and friendly welcome, food was fabulous and very reasonably priced 👌 Will definitely be back.

12/02/2025: Dropped in by chance and we are so pleased we did, the food was gorgeous. We received a warm welcome from the staff and found the ambiance very appealing, nice lighting, warm and cosy. My other half devoured his ribs and Piri piri chicken combo with stir fried veg and would order the same again in a heart beat. I had the chicken skewer that came with a lovely tikka masala sauce and chips - sooo tasty.. next time I would drop the chips and have stir fried veg with it- as they were lovely. We managed to squeeze in a shared pudding, that was described as a small gateau with vanilla ice cream , oh but it was sooooo much more than that, with the icecream you got 3 small warm soft, velvety, chocolatey, gooey chocolate, pieces of loveliness ( yes I know I am going over the top 🤭, but it was divine, bit like a really good quality warm chocolate brownie) The house Rose and red wine lovely too. Great price of €54, loved it so much we have booked for valentines 💘.. 👏… see you soon

24/10/2024: Gran lugar para la comida si te gusta la carne, sirven pescado también. El servicio estaba bien, con toda gran relación calidad-precio, puedo recomendar el lugar : ) ojalá hubiera unas cuantas opciones más para los niños pero mi hijo simplemente terminó compartiendo un plato con nosotros tan todos buenos.

24/09/2024: As a dedicated steak lover thought it was only right to try this place out. Firstly got to say excellent value for money on all levels. Unfortunately by the time we arrived they were out of Wagu. However we opted for a fillet and a T-bone steak both were delicious melt in the mouth steaks which came exactly as ordered. So impressed will be back in a couple of days .

04/09/2024: Comida maravilhosa, atendimento excelente extremamente simpáticos e atenciosos , ambiente fantástico, sem dúvida dos melhores restaurantes do algarve ! Recomendo vivamente uma óptima experiência!

16/10/2024: Nuestra segunda visita a este encantador restaurante. El filete portugués era excelente, así como el kebab de pescado mixto. Servicio amable. Qué más se puede pedir. Muy recomendable. Servicio y precio supera a cualquier restaurante del barrio. Toma un Uber o camina desde Vilamoura no te decepcionará.

08/09/2024: Excelente ambiente. Qualidade e confecção dos pratos excelente. Recomendo o prato "Mar e Terra", maravilhoso. Os abanicos e a espetada de picanha muito saboros.

28/01/2025: A porção de comida não compensa o preço. Mais parece gourmet com qualidade de tasca. Mais parece um happy meal, mas sem happy no final!!!
