03/09/2024: É como se você estivesse em uma cantina esportiva, mas não é convidativo quando você olha para dentro, mas a comida aqui é deliciosa e há muitas opções de escolha. Se você gosta de sambal tome cuidado com o sambal que eles têm aqui, é muito picante.

01/09/2024: Grande seleção de pratos diferentes. Peixe, carne, legumes e saladas. Além de um balcão refrigerado completo com sobremesas. Delicioso. Infelizmente a comida não é aquecida. No fim de semana por 12,90 euros. Vinho da casa por 5 euros o litro. Éramos os únicos turistas estrangeiros esta noite.

21/04/2024: O atendimento é impecável, o ambiente acolhedor e a vista magnifica, mas a comida desilude. A entrada de tofu tinha claramente sal a mais e a carne do lombo era de qualidade média. A sobremesa salvou o final da refeição: souflê de caramelo salgado.

17/04/2024: Even though I had looked at the menu beforehand, I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was bowled over by the service, the flavors, the textures, the presentation, and the ambiance. The attention to detail by the service staff (the olive oil cart and explanations of the different choices), familiarity with the wine menu, and perfect timing of “food on the table” were appreciated and valued. I had three courses — a soft-boiled egg served over a bed of spinach (with pomegranate seeds and shaved pumpkin), maybe the highlight of the evening, a creamy vegetable soup, and the salted cod (the salt was pervasive, but not overwhelming) with a cabbage, radish, and mushroom ragout. If staying at the Miragem, I highly recommend this for a special dining experience.

21/03/2024: Particularmente digno de nota é o serviço que Rita e Janet oferecem aos seus hóspedes. Não poderia ser mais sincero e autêntico. A comida é deliciosa e preparada de forma criativa e definitivamente merece uma visita. No verão o terraço deve ser um verdadeiro sonho. Voltaremos de qualquer maneira.

05/07/2024: Este es un encantador bar y bistró en los terrenos del hotel Quinta the Casa Branca. La vista a través de los jardines es atractiva. La comida era generalmente bastante buena. No es barato, pero la relación calidad-precio es decente. Nos cobraron mucho más por el vino - y cuando lo desafiamos nos dijeron que era “un error informático” - ¡así que revise su factura cuidadosamente!

29/07/2024: Le meilleur restaurant de Ribeira Brava (voire même de Madère à mon avis). La cuisine y est excellente, le personnel est attentif et très aimable Je recommande vivement cet endroit

05/10/2024: First time to this restaurant, but it certainly won’t be the last! Two of us had the ‘Autumn’ menu, which was excellent value at 20 euros for 3 courses, the other two went from the normal menu, all our food was delicious, and the service was excellent. Lovely ambiance in the restaurant, and I believe this restaurant will soon be number 1 on Tripadvisor in Alvor!

01/10/2024: I came with my wife and we were impressed with the excellent food and attention from the entire team, we ate a very exquisite curry and the dessert was really good, I recommend this place to come as a couple or family, without a doubt the best in Alvor.

18/10/2024: Also ganz ehrlich, dass war nichts! Die Pizza nicht durch gebacken, die Nudeln verkocht, der Service na ja! Ich kann die ganzen guten Bewertungen echt nicht nachvollziehen!

17/10/2024: Comida ótima. Comemos bruschetta com tomate Cherri e outra de tomate seco em pão alentejano muito boas e em boa quantidade, piza tropical também muito boa e um cheesecake de morando ótimo. Pessoal é simpático Pouco tempo de espera

18/09/2024: Een rustige straat en het restaurant ziet er keurig verzorgd uit. Het eten is er goed. Niet heel veel keus voor de vegetarische eter. Maar je moet erg lang wachten op je eten. Ruim een uur voordat we ons gerecht kregen, dan gaat de lol er wel een beetje af.

28/08/2024: Not the quickest, but there was 10 of us. Fab food and wine, good choices for kids, tasty specials, friendly service and a nice atmosphere. Highly recommended.

07/09/2024: hoje 07-09-2024 como morador desta cidade resolvi prestigiar minha familia neste restaurante, Ambiente acolhedor, cozinha nota mil, porem o atendimento deixou a desejar, ou seja, atendimento nota "0" Sou frequentador de outros restaurantes nesta cidade e não recomendaria este local.

01/09/2024: Excelente experiência com tudo impecável e preço muito bom. A comida tem imensa qualidade e é servida em boas doses. O atendimento é atencioso e sempre prestável. Bom espaço com clima acolhedor e decoração tradicional, que transmite na energia mais familiar. Certamente voltarei e recomendo vivamente.

30/10/2024: I took some time to consider going to this restraunt as it isn't the cheapest and I'm not a read wine lover. By the time you have priced up eating separate selections and added drinks the concept menu is well worth it and I'm so glad we went as we ended up going again before we finished our holiday. I needn't have worried about the wine the people in the restraunt were so accommodating, they just kept topping up my white wine instead of moving to red. I also heard them offer an alternative to wine (lager) within the concept menu to other customers. I honestly thought it would just be a glass but they top you up as soon as they see you are running low. My husband actually tried to see if he could empty a glass before it was refilled and couldn't as they were so attentive to all the diners despite being at what appeared to be full capacity on both occasions we visited. The food was exceptional, definitely a fine dining experience but we both left full. I have been to other restraunts and wanted a bag of chips on the way home as the portions were so small, that is deffinitely not the case here. I saw someone say that the person taking the order was frosty. I would say she was very patient, pleasant and professional and certainly gave us and others a great service. We had the garlic prawns, octopus risotto, chicken in garlic and white wine for mains and chocolate mousse and apple pie dessert all of which were fantastic on the second occasion we had something different and those choices were equally amazing. Complementary glass of bubbles at the start was a lovely touch. I feel like I'm spoiling the surprise by saying it but have seen it mentioned by others. As was the live music. I would definitely recommend and will go back again the next time I visit. When you go I have no doubt you will love it as much as we did. Enjoy.

27/10/2024: Lovely restaurant with delicious food. The staff were really friendly and made us feel welcome and at ease. The glass of bubbles was an unexpected bonus, as was the glass of Madeira with dessert. We will definitely go back on our next holiday. Highly recommended

03/04/2024: O lugar é magnífico (mas um pouco escondido). O restaurante está localizado num hotel de 5 estrelas com uma vista magnífica sobre Lisboa à noite. O ambiente é acolhedor e o serviço excelente. Os pratos refletem a qualidade do serviço, tudo é muito bom, bem apresentado e feito com esmero. Se você quiser deixar sua marca, recomendo fortemente este endereço, do qual você não se arrependerá!

31/10/2024: We were excited to dine at this restaurant as a friend had highly recommended it. We were told that it was pricey but worth it. Once seated, we were shown a case of fresh fish of the day which were priced by weight. We told our server that we were watching what we were spending. We chose an appetizer knowing what the price would be. We then mentioned that we liked sea bream or sole for our entree and she pointed to another fish that she said was better. Though we never saw the price, we naively trusted her with the choice she recommended. The meal was good but not outstanding, it's just fresh grilled fish. When we got our check we saw that we had been charged 130 euro for the fish she chose for us. We immediately felt that we had been taken advantage of and left without recourse. Although the restaurant is fun and it has a nice environment we can not recommend it to anyone.

24/10/2024: We were here in June 2020, shortly after the first COVID lockdown, and it was great. So we were looking forward to the restaurant again in 2024, but were unfortunately a little disappointed: the fish and seafood are still great, there's nothing to criticize! The prices are quite high by Portuguese standards, but absolutely reasonable for this quality of fish. Unfortunately, the quality of the side dishes cannot keep up. However, the atmosphere has something of the quickest and most efficient mass processing possible; unfortunately, there was no relaxed atmosphere in which to enjoy the food as it should be.

03/10/2024: Super little place, fitted us in by bringing one of their patio table indoors! Good food & wine at reasonable prices. Off the beaten track but worth seeking out .

01/10/2024: 5* Desde desde a comida, ao atendimento tudo muito bom. Para a zona turística que se encontra é uma pérola escondida. Recomendo!!
