02/10/2024: A quieter environment than near the cable cars .we enjoyed really good food, freshly prepared delicious salads and nice service too.

19/08/2024: une ville chargée d histoire à parcourir ses rues piétonnes pavées avec ses restaurants , les portes peintes de la rue santa Maria et des rues voisines sa cathédrale son musée d art sacrée ne pas oublier de déguster la poncha locale et goûter les plats locaux prendre le téléphérique pour rejoindre le jardin tropical puis redescendre par l autre téléphérique vers le jardin botanique

12/09/2024: Ristorante immerso nel silenzio. Abbiamo cenato per due volte, sia pesce che carne molto gustosi, accompagnati da ricchi contorni a base verdure e riso. Personale molto cortese e disponibile, possibilità di cenare sia dentro che all’esterno. Super consigliato!!

09/09/2024: We were staying in the local area and ended up coming here twice - once for drinks and the next night for dinner. The restaurant has a lovely terrace and garden, and seemed quite popular. I had an octopus stew which was a massive portion and really nicely cooked. It came with a lovely fresh salad as well. I then had to try the passionfruit mousse which is a typical local dessert - it was delicious and very tangy. Staff were also very friendly.

08/09/2024: Very good, inexpensive bakery located in Sao Vicente. Employee were friendly and wekcoming. Lots to order from. Good coffee too. Free toilet use too.

12/06/2024: It is at a very convenient location at the sea side. The food and coffee is good and the normal price for a portugese padaria. Good coffee. The staff was not that friendly. We'd still go there again.

08/01/2024: Estivemos lá em novembro, boa comida (lanches), principalmente moradores locais na lanchonete, o pessoal foi muito simpático e nosso lanche era muito gostoso e barato. Voltaremos se estivermos por perto. Obrigado.

23/12/2023: Pequeno bar perto do aeroporto. Pequenos lanches são bons. Inglês é bastante difícil. Bastante tolerado como turista

29/07/2024: Ik vroeg een tonijnsalade zonder croutons en zonder sausen, omdat ik coeliakie heb. Ik legde uit wat dat was. Hij zei dat hij wist wat gluten zijn. Ik kreeg geprepareerde tonijn”salade” eerder een crème, volledig bereid dus met mayonaise, idem de groetjes die erop lagen. Dus ik zei beleefd en vriendelijk dat ik dat niet ging opeten want veel te groot risico voor mij. En dat ik het wel zou betalen. Waarop de ober zei: “je had het beter moeten uitleggen , ik ken het niet”. Ik antwoordde: u werkt in de horeca, u zou het ook moeten weten “. De ober repliceerde geïrriteerd “ah, dus dan die ik mijn job niet goed”. Waarop hij het bord wegnam en zich niet meer vertoonde. Toen ik de rekening vroeg, heeft zijn collega afgerekend. Ze hebben de tonijnsalade niet aangerekend. Vandaar toch nog 2 sterren ipv 1.

19/07/2024: Pas aimable. Jus d' orange chaud. Mais surtout ne parle pas correctement aux gens ! On. S est fait remonter les bretelles pour avoir déplacer le parasol. Et surtout si vous n avez pas un anglais parfait ou ne parlez pas le portugais le gars se montre un chouia agressif et énervé !
