18/08/2024: Au sortir d'une rando assez facile le long d'une lavada (au départ de Prazeres même), nous avons décidé d'aller manger un petit bout dans le village, et juste en face de l'Eglise, à l'angle de la rue, se trouve cet établissement. On y sert une petite restauration de très belle qualité (toasts, tartes, pâtisseries, jus de fruits,...), servie copieusement et avec le sourire. Devant une carte "réduite" par rapport à leurs habitudes alimentaires, nos enfants ont choisi des toasts aux saveurs "révolutionnaires" pour eux, et ils ont adoré, c'est dire ! Bref, ce café n'est pas le restaurant où vous ferez le gueuleton de votre vie, mais notre passage là-bas s'est révélé aussi sympathique qu'appétissant. Très bien.

01/10/2024: We have been coming to this restaurant for the last 12years. Last year we were a bit disappointed but I’m delighted to say this year it was right back to its very high standards. Although it was very busy the staff were attentive, particularly the wine waiter who within minutes of us being seated provided us with a glass of bubbly and before we could finish that had served us a very nice glass of white wine which he then proceeded to top up 5 times before starting on the red wine! I had a steak Rossini and do not understand why we can’t get steak like that at home without paying a fortune. The fixed price menu which allows you to chose freely off the a la carte menu and includes unlimited wine is fantastic value. We will definitely be back next year!

30/09/2024: Disappointed at first visit. The service was a bit slow, but it was a nice place to sit outside the old fort and background music was lovely. The duck breast was very tough so sadly I didn't enjoy it, no staff came to the table at anytime during the meal or I would have mentioned it. The desserts redeemed them, not sure I would go again though.

20/09/2024: Echt een aanrader veel keuze en lekkere cocktails en genoeg bier alchohol als je kan komen tijdens happy hour zeker doen tussen 17u en 18u30. Hele goede en vriendelijke service

17/09/2024: What a great little bar. The team that work there are all really friendly and welcoming. The menu of drinks is huge most made to order the expresso martini was amazing. This was our local whilst on holiday.

06/11/2024: I have visited the restaurant at least 20 times. This time there were some complications when I wanted to extend my already reserved table for four people to five people. Unfortunately, this was not possible using the TheFork app. They couldn't find my reservation by phone at first. After lengthy discussions, we were only given a seat outside the restaurant. It was a real shame. The quality of the food was good as always.

03/04/2024: Já estivemos aqui duas vezes e nunca fizemos isso em uma viagem. Na verdade, isso deveria ser um elogio suficiente. Mas a comida era super saborosa e ainda barata. A ementa é semelhante à da maioria dos locais da Madeira, mas os pratos são muito melhor preparados. Há também uma boa seleção de acompanhamentos muito saborosos. Como pratos principais tivemos a espetada de salsiccia, a espetada de frango, o bife e o peixe espada com banana. Tudo recomendado. Além disso, a sangria caseira é deliciosa. Além disso, a equipe é extremamente calorosa e atenciosa. Você imediatamente se sente em boas mãos. Há estacionamento na curva ao lado da ponte. Estes pertencem diretamente ao restaurante e ficam a cerca de 50 metros de distância. Só podemos recomendar a quem faz caminhadas nas proximidades que pare lá depois. Definitivamente voltaremos em nossa próxima estadia.

01/04/2024: A truta grelhada estava muito suculenta e as batatas fritas eram perfeitas. as pessoas que atendem são simpáticas e amigáveis, o lugar na natureza é simplesmente fantástico. Uma necessidade absoluta. Nós definitivamente voltaremos.

13/10/2024: Wir waren heute zum zweiten Mal dort ...und haben noch 11 Tage Urlaub vor uns! Sind bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal dort gewesen. Super leckere Speisen (Fisch, Hase, Rind, Brownie oder Erdbeeren mit Eis), sehr freundliches und spaßiges Person und absolut faire Preise (Gerichte in großer Portion inkl. Beilage für ca. 16 Euro, 0,5 l Bier 3,50, Poncha frisch gemacht 3,60, Glas Hauswein 3,60 Euro). Absolut zu empfehlen! Nachtrag 13.10.2024: Also wir waren jetzt 5 Mal in zwei Wochen dort. Es war immer gleich lecker und das Personal war auch immer gleich freundlich. Die machen ihre Sache absolut gerne und das schmeckt man und man fühlt sich immer wohl. Besonders empfehlen wir den Degenfisch mit Banane, den Lachs mit Früchten-Topping (eine Wahnsinngs-Kombi) und das Thunfischsteak. Auch der Hase ist super lecker. Es dauert nur ein bisschen ihn zu Essen, weil Knochen mit drin sind. Als Nachtisch unbedingt den warmen Schoko-Brownie mit Vanilleeis. Der Kellner liebt seine Erdbeeren und bietet diese jeden Abend jedem Kunden an. Er freut sich total, wenn man ja sagt :-). Die frischen Fische des Tages sehen auch immer super aus, hatten wir aber nicht. Der Poncha ist einer der besten den wir hatten. Hinweis: Manche Fotos stammen noch vom alten Lokal. Am neuen Standort sieht es deutlich "hübscher" aus. Alles tippi-toppi!!!

20/09/2024: We had googled the restaurant which said it was tapas, but when we got there it wasn't but that's OK, looked a nice restaurant. Was busy and they found us a table for 2. Luckily we weren't that hungry when we arrived. Service was soooooo slow, it took nearly an hour to take our food order, looked like a lot of other tables were also waiting, we couldn't work out if there wasn't enough waiting staff or they trying to not put too many orders through to the kitchen. We tried to catch the waiters eye but felt ignored. Tables around us started joking about how long it was taking. The food when it finally arrived was just OK.

18/03/2024: Se há lugar para passar uma noite na Madeira é o Miguel e a Thelma! Um casal explosivo, caloroso e apaixonado pela profissão que fará com que vocês tenham momentos memoráveis. Os coquetéis são elaborados, feitos com o coração e a vontade de compartilhar uma paixão e isso transparece. Não perca esse bar e esse grande encontro! Nosso único arrependimento é ter descoberto este lugar na nossa última noite e não antes! Continue sendo incrível e compartilhando alegria 🔥❤️

31/10/2024: Si vous raffolez des châtaignes c’est le restaurant à tenter! La vue est magnifique et les plats sont bien garnis et très bons, on s’est régalés.

19/10/2024: Locale molto confortevole, personale eccellente i piatti sono ottimi ad un costo molto buono. Da provare assolutamente come abbiamo fatto noi.

07/10/2024: Versteckt, aber Mega gut! Bifana schmeckt ausgezeichnet. Es lohnt sich definitiv dort zu essen. Sehr freundliche Menschen dort ich komme gerne wieder.

26/06/2024: Tivemos um almoço em família muito bom, foi económico para 3 pessoas rondou os 27€, todos os pratos foram muito bem servido e os legumes eram caseiros. os donos eram extremamente simpáticos e acolhedores, foi sem dúvida alguma dos melhores almoços que tivemos durante a nossa estadia na Madeira.

25/10/2024: Endroit simple et accueillant. Service rapide. On y mange bien. Portion copieuse. Poisson frais et hamburger délicieux. Prix plus que raisonnable.

20/10/2024: Ja estando em Abril ,no restaurante que gostei muito Desde o carpachio ,ao praros principaos ,a sobremesa ,ao serviço.

10/10/2024: Prompt attention on arrival. - no booking required Escorted to table which was beautifully set. Varied menu to suit all tastes. Both starter and mains were delivered within an acceptable time scale, good quality produce and ample amounts. We had to ask some 30 mins later for the dessert menu. Staff were too busy relaying tables and as sitting in the corner we felt rather neglected. The same happened when waiting for the bill - we ended up going to the bar on leaving and paying on exit. The issue was raised with the staff member who apologised and said she would look into their serving regime. Other wise it’s a glorious restaurant with full view of the beach and hillside. Well worth a visit and we will certainly return again as we ate here on our last visit to Porto Santo!

02/09/2024: Eu sinceramente gostei da minha experiência no Gazebo! A comida era saborosa, a apresentação adorável, as pessoas ótimas, tudo estava perfeito! Definitivamente recomendo e mal posso esperar para voltar!

01/09/2024: Este é o melhor restaurante da Madeira, especialmente no lado sofisticado. Ficamos aqui por dez dias e é um lugar para o qual voltaríamos facilmente. Altamente recomendado!
