08/11/2024: We got in yesterday around 9 pm . Food just ok and prices above Portuguese average . Not a place we would go back . We saw it sponsored in town , we then decided to go . I got a piece of significantly though meat which in my opinion doesn't justify the price paid .

02/11/2024: Excelentes entradas, carnes muito saborosas e no ponto, sobremesa deliciosa, voltaremos a repetir com toda a certeza.

20/11/2024: Un bar de toda la vida, que tiene cola de gente esperando todo el rato. Su especialidad los pollos y la espetada de carne, está buenísima, la carne muy tierna, para repetir. No tiene más variedad de platos, el resto son acompañamientos, ensalada, patatas, milho frito y tortilla. Los camareros son muy amables y eficientes. Para cenar si buscas una espetada, un sitio recomendable. Cuidado que no aceptan Visa, hay que pagar en efectivo.

17/11/2024: Chegamos logo abertura para jantar 18:30 ainda tinha poucos clientes,sentamos e esperamos quase 35 minutos para trazerem o menu e mais 40minutos para pedir,porque ninguém estava disponível para o nosso pedido! Não atendem pessoas por ordem chegada equipa pouco profissional!!! Quanto á comida nem á vimos mas pelo que vimos em todas as outras mesas de clientes posteriores a nós até tinha boa aparência Experiência a não repetir mas aconselho a pedirem logo ao entrar nas instalações do restaurante ou então nem entrar!!!!

27/10/2024: Extraordinary place, such amazing food! Family and friends, group of 6. Two steak boards and WOW what show stoppers. We had 3 courses and every dish was perfect, portions generous. Only thing I would say is they (and other Porches restaurants we noticed) undercook on the steaks, we are all fans of a rare steak but these were more blue! Exceptional quality steak so no issues but my friend ordered medium and that was more akin to rare!

26/10/2024: Excellent portugues restaurant. Very good food and service. Don’t miss it. We had some tapas and it was generous. A lot of food. We’ll be back for sure.

03/04/2024: Desde a comida ao atendimento foi tudo perfeito. No início houve uma taça de champanhe ou uma bebida não alcoólica de boas-vindas. Quando nos sentamos à mesa, demoramos muito para escolher a comida certa para você. A carne estava perfeita como você queria e os acompanhamentos também. A sobremesa também é ótima, tudo parece ótimo e tem um sabor fabuloso. Pegamos muito na cozinha, talvez porque meu filho estava lá. O ambiente é lindo, a música é apropriada, a loja está linda. A equipe é super simpática e ouve você e explica exatamente o que você está pedindo perfeitamente. Você tem que ver e ir a este restaurante, mas deve fazer uma reserva com bastante antecedência.

12/09/2024: A carne era efetivamente muito boa e o dono muito simpático . Não gostamos apenas do atendimento de uma funcionária porque além de ter dificuldades em explicar os ingredientes do prato ainda se demonstrou “irritada” por ter de ir à cozinha para ter a certeza

05/10/2024: My wife and I went to this restaurant on a Friday night with our 3 year old daughter. When we walked past earlier in the week we were told that my daughter would eat for free - “the princess does not pay” were the exact words from the waiter with the American accent. When we got there at 6pm we were told the Rodízio doesn’t start until 6.30pm, slightly annoying but understandable. We were offered bread and butter which we accepted. With the bread we were also given cheese, ham and carrots. We ate the cheese and ham but not the carrots. The Rodizio was nice, although there were quite big gaps between the waiters offering each meat. When we were finished and asked for the bill it was nearly 100 euros (my wife and I were only drinking soft drinks). We were charged for the 6 euros for the cheese (which we didn’t order), 5 euros for the ham (which we didn’t order), 6 euros for the carrots (which we didn’t order or eat) and 4 euros for the bread and butter (fair enough). However we were also charged 10 euros for my 3 year old daughter despite being told that she would eat for free. I decided to query only the 10 euros for my daughter and ignore the extra 20 euros charged for my items that we hadn’t ordered. I asked 2 of the serving staff to change the bill but they suddenly pretended not to understand English. Eventually, the manager came over and I explained that the waiter (who was standing 10 yards away trying to get new customers into the restaurant) had said that my daughter would eat for free. I was immediately told that she”he would never say that” and that the waiter had seen my daughter eating lots of food (she is a fussy 3 year old who ate a small amount of rice and bread - that was paid for separately). I asked the manager to speak to the waiter who said that my daughter would eat for free but he kept refusing to bring him over to discuss it. After an awkward 10 minute conversation the manager eventually agreed to remove the 10 euros for my daughter’s meal. I didn’t bother complaining about the the ham, cheese and carrots. Overall the food was a 7/10 but the service was absolutely terrible. 27 euros for the rodizio is fair enough but the extras that we didn’t ask for were ludicrous.

13/09/2024: Lovely location, our waitress Denise was absolutely amazing so friendly and kind and made us feel so comfortable. The food came very quickly and the sandwich we had was beautiful. Would 100% recommend and would come back here!

27/08/2024: This place was recommended to us by a non-Portuguese, so we decided to give it a try. We sampled the ribeye steak, truffle mashed potatoes, ratatouille, port wine, and dessert. I should note that you really need to book this restaurant in advance because by evening it's fully booked. Interestingly, despite this being a steakhouse, we liked the steak much less than the mashed potatoes, ratatouille, and dessert. We ordered the steak medium-rare, but it came out well-done. The edges were so dry and tough that they were almost like shoe leather, with only a small part in the center being juicy and flavorful. The truffle mashed potatoes were simply divine, melting in your mouth with just the right amount of truffle to enhance the flavor. The ratatouille was also juicy and complex, perfectly balanced without being over-salted or over-peppered. We nearly fought over the dessert — the desserts here are clearly excellent and worth ordering when you visit. What I didn’t like, however, was the service. First, it wasn’t clear who our waiter was. Second, you couldn’t get a glass of water or sit at an unreserved table. The waiter who came to tell us about all these restrictions initially refused to take our order, but after 10 minutes, he returned and finally took it. On top of that, the tables are placed very close to each other, and smoking isn’t just allowed, but due to the close proximity of the tables, people will be smoking right in your face. All of this left a very unpleasant impression. Overall, this place left me with mixed feelings. I might return for some of the dishes, but if you want to have a comfortable time in a pleasant atmosphere, you might want to choose another place.

18/11/2024: Restaurante com um espaço agradável. Preços altos, mas comida com qualidade. Tempo de atendimento curto. Numa forma geral, os funcionários são simpáticos, destacando se um pela sua forma de atendimento, muito atencioso, prestável e comunicativo.

25/10/2024: Très bon accueil . Le restaurant étant complet ils ont pu nous installer dans un deuxième restaurant . Les plats sont copieux , à un prix abordable. Je recommande ce restaurant .

17/11/2024: Meat was great, but. There is a big problem with a service, woman at the entrance shamed us about changing our reservation last minute through Fork and we should’ve called them. Why it’s our problem that fork is not notifying you of changed reservations? But that’s not the worst part. Worst part is that we had plastic in our side and we politely asked them to explain us what it is (we know it’s plastic), and there was nothing done after that, no food replacement, no discount, no free desert. They just came out with a plastic bag from which they serve mashed spinach. Seriously? “Michelin” restaurant serves pre-made food? Ok, we looked at the plastic bag, that’s it, end of the story. Enjoy plastic in your food, come again. And we will charge you for service. Great

13/10/2024: Sehr nettes Personal . Das Essen war gut. Sucht man was im Zentrum ist es zu weit. Aber auch nur 4 Metro Stationen von der Altstadt .

02/11/2024: CARNE! La calidad es increíble, el servicio es genial y los postres mantienen el nivel del juego. El ambiente de la habitación no es el mejor, mal diseño de luz 😕, pero todo lo demás es tan bueno que merece un 5 de todos modos.

22/10/2024: Lugar agradável, com pessoas muito simpáticas. Entradas excelentes (até eu adorei o queijo fresco de ovelha e achava que não gostava). Carnes fantásticas (com preço a condizer...). As sobremesas também muito boas. De negativo (para além do valor), os acompanhamentos (achei muito fracos e em pouca quantidade).

21/11/2024: Un resto de très bonne qualité, avec une viande excellente, un vin très bon et un service très agréable tout en étant particulièrement professionnel. Un vin rouge très bon… même pour des français 😉 Oui, c’est un peu cher mais sincèrement c’est mérité !
