06/09/2024: Espaço cuidado e com muito conforto. Atendimento presente e sempre simpático. Degustamos os croquetes, as chamucas, o presunto, as amêijoas, o camarão a guilho e o prego do lombo no pão. Muito boa qualidade em todos os produtos que vendem. Espaço que funciona todo o dia e sempre com disponibilidade para ter o marisco e qualquer prato sempre pronto. Vale a pena visitar.

01/06/2024: Boa comida e sempre muito fresca porque está situado no mercado de Alvalade. Peixe grelhado muito bom. Marisco muito bom. E carnes muito boas.

01/11/2024: Un accueil très aimable, le plat en casserole "riz aux fruits de mer" etait juste divin! Très riche en toute sorte de fruits de mer avec une sauce bien relevée. J'y retournerai.

30/10/2024: Fomos as Furnas a pensar que ainda era o rodízio de Marisco ., afinal acabou . Pedimos uma Mariscada ., o que posso eu dizer .. O Marisco era de qualidade razoável mas os percebes eram pequenos e finos (não eram bons, desculpem ) , senti o marisco ligeiramente salgado (pode ser o truque, para beberes mais ;) Sinceramente uma Mariscada cara para o nível /qualidade apresentada . Não voltarei somente porque existem na zona restaurantes com preços iguais ou inferiores com mais e melhor marisco .

We had the pleasure of dining here, and it was easily the best seafood meal of our trip. From start to finish, everything was exceptional. Vitór, our waiter, provided impeccable service—attentive without being intrusive and always ready with a great recommendation. The seafood quality was unparalleled, and the prices were incredibly reasonable for the level of excellence offered. We started with the Mozambique tiger shrimp, which was massive, more like a small lobster than typical shrimp. Perfectly cooked and seasoned, it set a high bar for the rest of the meal. For our main course, we enjoyed the sea bass served with potatoes and fresh vegetables. The fish was delicate and flavorful, cooked to perfection, and complemented beautifully by the sides. To round out the meal, we indulged in two traditional Portuguese desserts: encharcada de ovo and Portuguese almond tart. The encharcada de ovo, with its rich, custardy texture, was divine, and the almond tart was absolutely to die for—sweet, nutty, and the perfect end to an incredible dining experience. 19/09/2024: This is reliable choice near Lisbon’s main bus terminal. It is modern and not very atmospheric. But the food is well prepared and the service is professional.

18/09/2024: Chicken was to die for!! So juicy! Their veal liver and creamy spinach puree was excellent as well. Came here today and I'm going to come here again tomorrow! Can't wait.

13/09/2024: Es gibt das Tagesangebot an Fisch und Meeresfrüchten. Beim Eingang ist alles „ausgestellt“ zum auswählen, der Fisch wird gewogen und pro KG bezahlt. Dazu gibt es Gemüse. Vorab diverse Aperohäppen, da wird bezahlt, was man gegessen hat. Wir waren mit dem Essen rund um happy, sehr leckere Aperohäppchen under der Fisch war auch sehr gut. Der Service war sehr freundlich und schnell. Mit etwas Glück, bekommt man einen Tisch mit Blick auf die Bucht und den Sonnenuntergang!

03/08/2024: Eramos 8 para almoçar. O chefe sugeriu um pregado para partilharmos, o que se revelou uma excelente escolha. Quer o peixe, quer os acompanhamentos estavam fantásticos. Uma excelente escolha, a repetir.

30/03/2024: À primeira vista, um bar de praia num local com muito vento e uma vista incomparável para as ondas gigantes do Atlântico. Mas o que veio como comida excedeu a vista. O sabor e a combinação da comida são muito, muito bons e ficamos impressionados. Além disso, houve também o serviço muito atencioso, que substituiu o nosso vinho, que foi vítima de uma rajada invulgarmente forte, gratuitamente, directamente aquando da refeição. Em suma, uma refeição inesquecível onde tudo foi perfeito. Obrigado à equipe.

16/07/2024: Comemos sapateira, que estava óptima e fresca! O empregado foi de uma imensa simpatia e o espaço está bastante limpo. Foi durante a semana a nossa ida. Mas voltaremos seguramente em breve!

16/07/2024: This is one of those places that you walk into and say WOW. It's a small but massive find if you love canned fish. Tuna, sardines, and other canned fish are incredible in Portugal and Spain. We had magnificent appetizers and excellent wine. This is a must-stop, must-see, must-eat something, and must-buy something unusual to bring home. I bought a sardine can holder.

14/07/2024: The Pink Street is a famous street near the old docks in Lisbon. This little Restaurant serves all the beautifully tinned fish in Portugal… Minerva and more. Taking advantage of Cais do Sodré’s fame as a neighborhood full of stores selling fishing equipment, this hip bar and restaurant — once a tackle shop — is decked out with the rods, hooks, and other fisherman-themed decor of its former life. From its kitchen come dishes made exclusively with tinned fish and seafood like sardines, roe, anchovies, and mussels. The variety of seafood here would impress any aficionado and includes catch from far away seas — like monkfish liver and sea urchin — as well as Portuguese specialities like the smoked eel from the coastal village of Murtosa.

11/10/2024: As Velhas had 2 very friendly waiters but they couldn't cope with all the customers. One of our party was served a drink and the rest of us waited at least another 10mins without any thing. The food was well cooked but a little brief...2 potatoes and no other vegetable. One of the meals was very over salted but neither of the waiters came back to check if the food was alright. I saw othe customers trying to attract their attention but they were too rushed to look after any customer properly .

09/10/2024: Went to As Velhas for dinner last night. In late September the concierge at our hotel told us he had made a reservation for us for 6 people at 8 pm. We arrived and were told that they had no record of the reservation. After some resistance they figured out a way to accommodate us. Once seated it took a bit for them to get to us to take our order for food and wine but once they did things flowed very smoothly. The food came out piping hot and was delicious! The restaurant was run by two men who seemed to be doing everything except the cooking. They were literally running through the restaurant serving people, clearing tables…Yet they somehow seemed to be giving everyone personal service, were very warm and friendly and apologetic for any confusion about the reservation. We would definitely go back!

23/09/2024: We really liked this restaurant, and if you book in advance through The Fork, you get 30% off. I had a pasta, prawn and soy dish and my husband had steak. Don't be put off by the road outside being quite busy, because once you are inside you don't notice anything. You can also see into the kitchen, which looked clean and sanitary, and the waiter was really nice. It's located close to the Praça do Comércio, so a very convenient location. Would recommend.

29/08/2024: Schön eingerichtetes Lokal. Gutes Ambiente. Das Nachtessen war sehr gut. Frische Zutaten, frisch zubereitet. Der Preis für den Wein per Glas war eher hoch.
