29/09/2025: An absolute rip off. This food chain is present in all Iberian peninsula with great service and average prices. That's what define them. On this one in particular, none of that applies. Everything is twice or more the price in any other 100 montaditos I've been. And if that was not enough, I've asked for a cesar salad. I went back to the table and not even 1 min later I went to the counter and asked politely if they could change it to a chicken salad ( go check the difference). The lady in the counter asked me to wait ( the kitchen is 2 steps away ). After 5 minutes, she went to the kitchen and said the salad is ready and they can't change it, and that was my fault. I never said it wasn't but I'm sure if the lady went straight away, it would be possible to change it. Worst service ever. In the end I've waited another 10 minutes to have the order ready, including my lovely chicken salad with courgeons and Cesar salad dressing, and not fried onions and balsamic vinegar. Worst service I ever had. Check the prices yourself because if I have done it I wouldn't step a foot there. Much better places around that location

31/08/2025: Péssimo. Funcionários sem vontade, sandes sem recheio. Sandes de frango e brie quase sem recheio. Sandes de presunto ibérico e tomate com pão a ferver que cozeu o presunto, conclusão, sandes de porco salgada.
