14/09/2024: We found this cafe last year and it became a favourite. We returned this year for carrot cake and sparking water - too hot for coffee. Lovely light, tasty cake. There is a great selection of cakes and pastries and good service. We’ll definitely return on our next visit.
12/07/2024: Nous y mangeons tout les matins depuis une semaine et quelques fois le soir ou midi et on y mange très bien ! Les pastels de nata sont très bon comme tout leur plat. Le personnel est très agréable surtout la femme en polo bleu.

Jasmin Tea House

05/10/2024: Zum wiederholten Male sind wir zu einer Wanderung aufgebrochen allein mit dem Ziel, uns im Jasmin Tea House die köstlichen Scones mit Butter und Marmelade sowie einer schönen Tasse Darjeeling zu gönnen. Auch diesmal wurden wir nicht enttäuscht und können dieses kleine Juwel an Gastlichkeit und Lage nur jedem empfehlen. Zu erwähnen ist ganz besonders die warmherzige und aufmerksame Art des Inhabers sowie das gute Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall immer wieder❤️
02/10/2024: As usual a very warm welcome from Nick. Lovely selection of food for lunch. We all choose something different from delicious soup to croque and cheese platter. We could resist the cakes on offer either. Beautiful setting and after our Lavada walk a very picturesque place to stop. Advice on bus journey back to Funchal.
