The food was superb. We ordered the clams in garlic sauce and the scampi in garlic sauce. Both dishes were so tasty and plentiful. We have tried these dishes many times when travelling and we both agreed that they were probably the best we have ever tasted! They came with a lovely portion of warmed bread to soak up the delicious lemon and garlic sauce.

14/09/2024: We love this place. Always come here several times when staying in Madeira. Food is always good, staff are lovely and it is great value. The Tourist Menu is hard to beat. Bread, starter, main course, sweet and coffee. A drink is also included. €21.50.
20/08/2024: Great restaurant with outside space. I had Beef bourguignon with tomato rice and my husband had mixed meat skewer. Both dishes were excellent. Staff very friendly. Only complaint is we were offered bread, but didn’t realise we would be charged extra. I didn’t eat mine, but was still charged. Apart from that, we would definitely return
