Have to say always a bit sceptical about Moynihan’s but extremely impressed. Service is some of the best in Funchal. Gazi and the rest of the team always make each and every customer feel welcome. Have to say he is most friendly, polite, courteous & treats you with a most sincere respect. Always with a smile. Food is of really good quality and very reasonably priced. Wines, beers and drinks in general are also reasonably priced and a good choice. A fabulous Bar to visit for food, drinks & sport. All made extra enjoyable by Gazi & the rest of the staff. Highly recommended.

Home from home this place. Great pub food you would expect from a UK pub with some local dishes available too. Decent selection of local beers available and multiple screens around the pub showing various football matches during the evening. The Beef and Guinness pie was lush
