17/09/2023: During my TDY visit, I had the pleasure of dining at TORC, and I must say they are hitting all the right notes. The food has consistently been excellent, and the restaurant maintains a spotless ambiance. Today, I decided to indulge in a drink and sample items from the bar menu. I chose the "Chicken Escalope Portuguese Style," recommended by the skilled bartender, Cassio, and it exceeded expectations. His suggestion was spot on. Cassio also introduced me to the monthly special, the "Smoke & Spicy Margarita." This drink was a delightful journey from its captivating presentation to its sensational flavor profile. If you're seeking a unique and flavorful experience, this is a must-try. Don't miss out. Let me add that every other meal I've had here has been excellent, and all the staff has been nothing but amazing.
