We usually start our vacation in Funchal, with a meal at Dona Nina. As usual, it was a great way to start a few weeks off. The location is perfect (can’t say this for everyone but…). The service is fantastic and it is nice to spend time with old friends. The food, whether you go for meat, vegetable, or fish, it will be done right. If you have a chance try Dona Nina, you will not regret it. Definitely gets the Radtel sign of approval.

Our first time at Donna Nina and it didn't disappoint. An excellent meal with friendly service and a nice atmosphere. We will be back.

This was our first visit to this restaurant and having read previous reviews was somewhat disappointed. The food portions were not overly generous considering the prices charged and their presentation skills could do with improvement. Service was prompt but felt a little too rushed for our liking. So all in all would probably not return.

19/11/2024: Hier ist die Welt noch in Ordnung! Ein sehr gutes, engagiertes Personal hat uns bestens betreut. Gediegene Räumlichkeiten und eine saubere, gute Standartküche. Alles war prima.
16/11/2024: Très bon accueil service impeccable , personnel sympathique se donnant du mal à parler français dans un cadre cosy et des plats simples bien cuisinés .

30/11/2024: Excellent food and service, waiters very knowledgeable about gluten free options. A large party were booked in at the same time as us, but everything went very well and we were impressed with this restaurant
