Came for lunch a couple of days running while staying in Funchal . Great atmosphere with the local band playing nearby. Service was quick and friendly, the first day I had the fillet steak served on a hot stone, which was great. The second day I had the steak kebab ( I know it’s called something else in Portuguese) but it was tough and dry. Maybe not the best food in the world but just sit back and soak up the atmosphere !

Enjoyable cafe come restaurant in popular vibrant part of city with good selection of seating outside and big inside. Service was good considering how busy it was. Great for singles, couples and families. Enjoyed our food. Salmon was excellent but did not need to buy extra fries as I did not spot it came with veg and potatoes. But skin on fries were delicious. Mate enjoyed his chicken and ate my fries. Enjoyable craft bottled beers available. Comfortable seating. Live music was playing in the nearby square and with the stunning Xmas decorations around it was a very entertaining and pleasant evening.

08/05/2025: Olhando para as classificações, não é bom. Mas no final parece mais um bar do que um restaurante. Os frutos do mar estavam muito bons
