03/05/2025: É uma ótima churrascaria de frango no bairro. Seu doner kebab de frango é um dos melhores que existem. Assim como os preços dele. Nada sofisticado. Apenas um ótimo lugar para tomar uma cerveja e comer alguma coisa e não gastar muito.

03/06/2025: Review for Ponto Final – The TikTok Viral Restaurant An unfortunate and frustrating experience from start to finish. We arrived at 7:40 PM and weren’t seated until 9 PM—nearly 2.5 hours later. Since they don’t take reservations after 7 PM, it’s first come, first served. What they don’t mention is that you’ll need to wait about an hour just to get your name on the list… and then queue again to grab drinks while you wait to be seated. That line took another hour, and we were left standing outside in freezing winds, sharing bread and olives on a stone ledge by the water as the sun set and the cold set in. After all that waiting, our name was skipped entirely on the waitlist. We watched multiple groups who arrived well after us get seated ahead. When I pointed this out to the gray-haired host (whom everyone seems to rave about), he gave a half-hearted apology and finally seated us—almost three hours after we arrived. Because we had been out in the cold for so long, we asked to be seated inside. Once inside, we sat for 20 minutes without any acknowledgment. No waiter approached us for drink orders, nothing. It was our last night in Portugal, and we felt invisible. When we finally placed our order, I opened the menu only to find it covered in black mold. I lost my appetite. I flagged it to our waiter, who didn’t seem to care. Meanwhile, every table around us was getting great service and attention. We felt completely disregarded. We were seated at 9 PM. Our food didn’t arrive until 10:40 PM—20 minutes before closing. Even then, it came in parts. My partners veal arrived much earlier than expected, and my grilled sardines were delayed another 15–20 minutes after that. I had to flag down a different server—not even ours—to check on our food. Our assigned waiter never once came to check in. As a waitress from New York, I understand the chaos of busy nights—but this was unacceptable. We rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was so disappointing it felt like a joke. We paid the same as everyone else, yet were treated as if we didn’t matter. When we brought our concerns to the host at the end of the night, he brushed it off with, “Well, we have good reviews.” That’s not the point. You took our time and money, and our experience didn’t reflect your supposed standards. The arrogance was disheartening. They comped dessert but still charged for water—what a joke. He blamed how busy the restaurant was, but every other table was properly taken care of. It almost felt personal. The food was good, but the treatment was honestly heartbreaking. Sadly, we won’t be coming back.

03/06/2025: Ponto Final If you follow Netflix’s “Somebody Feed Phil,” their first episode was set in Portugal and featured a restaurant at the end of the world, aptly named Ponto Final. Trust me, it’s easier to find your way around New York or Manila than this place. After a ferry ride from Lisbon to Casilhas across the Tagus River, a bus ride where Google made us stop sooner (we should have listened to the old lady who told us to get off later), and navigating through graffiti-infested small alleys, we finally arrived at the edge of a cliff wall, deciding to what seemed like a torn-down cannery. It definitely felt like a scene from The Twilight Zone. Descending nearly 80 steps, we finally saw those familiar yellow metal tables and chairs. Whew! We made it. But wait, we had to wait an hour since we couldn’t get reservations. Finally, we got to sit down. This better be good, Phil, or I’ll stop watching Netflix. My sister recommended this place to us as well. Our grilled sardines and fried horse mackerel were cooked to perfection, but the side of tomato rice was the real surprise. Everything was done just right, and who needs ambiance when you can hear the waves crashing about 10 feet from your table and enjoy the breathtaking view of Lisbon? If you’re lucky, you’ll get that table at the end where you can just fall into the ocean if you had one too many glasses of wine. Getting back to the ferry was another adventure. Thankfully, the elevator was working (yesterday it wasn’t), and just imagine climbing that cliff wall while full of food. Other than getting there and back, I would highly recommend Ponto Final for all the right (and even wrong) reasons. It will undoubtedly leave an indelible mark in our memories.

01/07/2025: Tudo o que posso dizer é: POR FAVOR, visite este lugar se estiver por perto. Queríamos um lugar agradável e descolado para tomar uma bebida e comer algo leve antes de irmos para a praia, e este lugar me surpreendeu. Foi um pouco difícil de encontrar, mas a porta fica na frente e você sobe para o bar/área de estar. A equipe foi super simpática e acolhedora, e fez de tudo para nos atender. Tomamos suco de laranja, uma cerveja, um latte e eu pedi a Torrada Joy e meu parceiro pediu a Bruschetta de Frango. Posso garantir que esta foi uma das melhores comidas e bebidas que tomamos em Portugal. Um lugar extremamente subestimado, na minha opinião, pois não estava muito cheio quando estivemos lá, mas merece estar!

28/06/2025: Este lugar é o melhor da Costa de Caparica! As saladas são enormes e saborosas, os sanduíches são incríveis, as pessoas são gentis e receptivas, um dos melhores serviços que já vi em Portugal :)

11/07/2025: Dirigi-me a padaria e tirei senha (não estava nenhum cliente para ser atendido) entrou 2 pessoas que foram chamadas primeiro e nem senha tinham. O funcionário João ignorou completamente e ainda queria ter razão em relação a esta atitude.

06/06/2025: Fizemos uma viagem de fim de semana no domingo e me sinto comovido com a atenção de Andreia, falávamos em espanhol e ela era a única interessada em nos ajudar e dar um serviço completo, sorria e ria conosco, adorável e única em sua equipe, ela e uma garota encantadora que estava na sala, com os outros colegas não me senti assim só com ela, espero que receba esta mensagem de agradecimento e que sempre mantenha esse espírito. OBRIGADO ANDREIA e a colega que não conhecia o nome dela mas linda!

02/06/2025: Tive o prazer de jantar no Bella Italia não uma, mas duas vezes no mesmo dia — e por um bom motivo. Parei para almoçar e fiquei tão impressionado que voltei para jantar. A equipe é incrivelmente simpática e acolhedora, fazendo você se sentir em casa desde o momento em que entra. O calor humano deles adiciona um toque pessoal que realmente diferencia o lugar. Quanto à comida, é simplesmente fantástica. Todos os pratos que experimentei estavam cheios de sabor e claramente feitos com cuidado. Seja para massas, pizzas ou algo mais tradicional, o Bella Italia oferece refeições de alta qualidade que satisfazem. Recomendo muito este lugar se você procura um ambiente descontraído, serviço excelente e deliciosa culinária italiana. Com certeza voltarei.

01/07/2025: Tive uma péssima experiência neste lugar. Primeiro, não é para estrangeiros, ninguém fala inglês, eles tentam, mas só conseguem dizer o nome de alguns peixes. O cardápio não é em inglês, então você basicamente tenta adivinhar. Eles não têm todos os pratos que mostram na vitrine, o que não é bom se alguém vier pedir algo que você pede. Meu bacalhau frito estava boiando no óleo, o que estragou todo o sabor do prato, embora o bacalhau estivesse realmente bom. O outro prato servido estava completamente sem gosto, então o peixe, na minha opinião, não era do dia.
