28/10/2024: I visited here and made the server aware of my gluten allergy, and I asked about safe-to-eat items. Even still, I had to send back a dessert (ice cream) because they forgot it had cookie in it, and I was brought a new version. Again, I was served ice cream with gluten inside; unfortunately, this time I didn't notice until I had already taken a few bites. Upon telling the server, he was apologetic but otherwise unhelpful. I also find it completley unacceptable to TWICE serve someone a dish with ingredients they are allergic to.
If you have dietary restrictions, I don't think you are safe to eat at Sol E Serra.
Additionally, my partner ordered a medium-cooked steaked, but it was unevenly cooked; some parts were well done and some parts were almost raw. It was not high quality, so even for someone without dietary restrictions, the meal was subpar.
I cannot reccomend eating here.

27/09/2024: Ate here for the first time, good location and nice staff. Had the tuna taco to start which was nice as not had raw tuna before. Had the New York strip which was lovely along with a side salad and the crushed new potatoes. Decent spot

As hambúrgueres estavam no ponto e pareciam manteiga. Os acompanhamentos também incríveis.
A entrada e as sobremesas foram agradáveis complementos da refeição.
22/01/2024: Já tinha vindo a este restaurante e gostei muito. E decidi regressar, desta vez com o meu bebé de 4 meses.
Este restaurante é pequeno mas consegue ter 5 televisões, pedi gentilmente para desligarem uma televisão para o meu bebé não estar o almoço todo fixado na mesma. Importante sublinhar, que éramos os únicos clientes no estabelecimento. A empregada questionou o porquê, argumentando que o ambiente ia ficar morto… mas ainda assim desligou.
O seu colega passado 2 minutos voltou a ligar a televisão. Ainda não tínhamos nada na mesa, então pedimos para mudar de lugar… encontramos mais uma televisão.
Voltamos a pedir para apagar aquela televisão, que estava apenas virada para nós. E o empregado perguntou-nos com uma cara meio de gozo o porquê de querermos desligar. Aquele que era suposto ser um almoço em família agradável, acabou por se tornar um momento chato.
Claramente, não é um restaurante family friendly. Gostamos muito da comida mas não nos vemos a voltar depois deste acontecimento.

13/10/2024: Très sympathique, on y parle français, un chef est sur place et prépare des plats pleins de saveurs. Boeuf chimichurri et tataki de thon pour nous. Le couvert était aussi plus recherché qu’habituellement. Ambiance lounge très agréable.

28/07/2024: Cadre magnifique qui correspond au lieu et à l ambiance superbe transmis par les chanteurs et musiciens entre chaque plats. Show payant affiché sur l addition 5 euros par personnes. Les plats sont corrects et bien cuisinés et la serveuse très sympathique et à l écoute. Merci pour cette bonne soirée

19/09/2024: This is a very chilled club. The beach club didn’t look very appealing so skipped it for the pool area. Lovely and clean. All towels set out pretty and two towels instead of usual one which I liked. Staff a little serious. DJ was outstanding. Food and drinks average. Toilets average. Really wish these clubs would make their toilets nice and keep on top of cleaning them. Overall a good day.
18/09/2024: We had a lovely day on the beach and my food was lovely. However, the allergens are completely wrong on the menu. For example, a beef tagliatelle with Parmesan doesnt have Milk listed, a dish that is listed as vegan also has Milk as an allergen (they said there was butter in it which makes it not vegan) and then a dish with a walnut dressing doesn’t have Nuts as an allergen. My wife has severe allergies to Milk and Nuts, and this is just not ok!! It’s a shame that I have had to put a 1 star as we did really enjoy our time but allergies are life or death for many and you just can’t get this wrong. We look forward to visiting again when hopefully the menu is corrected and I would happily then amend my review.

17/10/2024: The food is always excellent and beautifully presented. The staff very friendly, helpful and professional. We have been dining here for many years, and never been disappointed.
16/08/2024: Absolutely fantastic food, always fresh and beautifully presented. The staff are warm and welcoming and the service is excellent. We cannot wait to return next year during our stay.
