25/10/2024: Os bolos são bons. Funcionários esforçados e simpáticos. Mas estão sobrecarregados. Apenas uma senhora a atender e a tirar as bebidas. Contratem mais pessoal. Ganham para isso.

09/10/2024: This is a great little cafe, incredibly low priced. Cakes are gorgeous, definetely pop in for a visit. €8 for 2 cakes and 2 drinks, also took more away with us!

18/08/2024: Quel professionnalisme, nous n’avions plus besoin d’aller au comptoir commander dès le 3ème jour. Rapport qualité prix imbattable. Un petit conseil pour les gourmands, les pasteis sont délicieux. Nous n’avons cessés de nous goinfrer, c’est dire !

17/06/2024: Mal atendido por uma empregada com muita falta de educaçao e sem estar atras de um balcao. pessoas sem escrupulos. mas e o que temos por aqui. O atendimento ja nao e bom, messas por levantar, paga o serviço que esta incluido no preço e temos qua andar com as bandejas para tras e para a frente. Nao percebo estes locais que ja se paga caro e sem serviço a mesa.

20/09/2024: Good food at a reasonable price we really enjoyed this restaurant. The lamb was lovely and the steak and egg was really nice, so good we called in twice during our stay and the second steak and fish night did not disappoint. The deserts were wonderful.

03/06/2024: Menu du jour, imbattable ! À 13,90€ . Les plats sont Très copieux !😜 même pour un bon mangeur ! Starter pas plus que ça …. Poisson bon accompagné de légumes frais

13/10/2024: Three is us had a club sandwich for lunch and ended up with heavy diarrhoea for 4 days. Wish I checked reviews first. Don’t eat here!

16/09/2024: Have been to this place lots of times, mostly for drinks (coffee, wine, beer) or a sandwich. Around 4 pm on August 26th we were 4 people there to have a salad. Three of us had a salad with “fresh” tuna and all three had stomach issues (heavy diarrhoea) for 48 hours (2 of us had just landed at Faro airport 2 hours before, so it couldn’t have been from other food). We kindly sent an email to the place informing them of this issue. Still no reaction after a week. When heading for the beach I went to tell the story (in Portuguese) to the place itself. Manager was not there, but staff pointed me to an older lady behind the counter. She asked only whether we were hospitalised (which we weren’t) and then was quite rude in her behaviour, saying something out loud I didn’t understand and then she didn’t want to repeat when I asked her. Not the kind of reaction you would expect, an apology was the only thing we had hoped for, nothing more.

22/10/2024: Patrick always welcomesvyou with a smile. Have known Patrick now for nany years. Ee always stop there for a tea/coffee or beer most days that we are there.

31/07/2024: Father and Son double act. Lovely wine served with great humour and banter. Even spoke to the mama over the phone. Meet some locals here . Got a little taster of beautiful waffle. Great little spot to stop and refresh... Ann Siobhan Helene.x
