05/11/2024: Rui Paula e este seu restaurante são uma referência no Norte e sempre que vimos ao Douro tentamos passar por aqui.
O serviço de sala continua elegante e rigoroso, a cozinha correcta e saborosa e o serviço de vinhos impecável.
É, por tudo isto, que o DOC continua a ser para nós um lugar de passagem regular e uma recomendação fácil para todos.
27/10/2024: A lovely setting along the Durro river and valley near Folgosa. We sat outside in the patio along the river. We booked for a group of 6 and was not disappointed. As a matter of fact the cooking was good. The seafood stew, octopus grilled, salads tasted very good. We went for ala carte because we did not want too much food. Came with a local white wine recommended by the server, the service was also very attentive. Value wise it was worth its price and service.

29/09/2024: This place is outstanding! The owner is so kind and attentive, all of the food is local and delicious. From the all you can eat appetizers of breads, cheese, meats, soup, the owners own olive oil, to the main courses, sides, wines, dessert, ports and spirits, this was the best meal we had in Portugal. Overall an incredible experience! We couldn’t recommend it more.
