26/06/2025: Gluten free cake incorrectly marked. I was excited to see a slice of chocolate cake prewrapped marked clearly with a sticker sem gluten however when I unwrapped it to eat it I noticed the ingredients on the reverse clearly stating it contained gluten. I immediately returned it to the member of staff quite upset and annoyed. He did apologise and refunded me but I was more bothered about him taking the rest of them off the shelf which he said he would do. He informed me that it had been incorrectly marked by their supplier and should have said “vegan” and he would let them know. It’s so hard to find any cakes etc which are gluten free here so I was bitterly disappointed, and very angry that catering companies can make this mistake. The other cakes my family had were described as dry.

26/05/2025: Este es un buen lugar para relajarse y disfrutar del ambiente de exuberantes jardines tropicales. Vimos algunas especies diferentes de aves que parecían amigables. La comida es decente y el servicio estaba bien. Tomamos té y el pastel de miel.

05/05/2025: Newly opened within the Alto Lido Hotel the Tale Restaurant offers exceptionally good plates of food from a very select menu, from the taster nibbles through to the the deserts everyone was in agreement that this was in our top two meals Very attentive waiting staff combined with the skills and flavours from the chef and his team made this a memorable evening Highly recommend you give this a try

30/04/2025: Ein sehr schönes Ambiente, tolles Essen und ein sehr aufmerksamer Service! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
