16/11/2024: This is by far the best Indian food I have ever had from outside of the UK. Every dish me and my husband had was perfectly cooked with the right flavours and spices. We have eaten every day since we've visited here and always left full for the day. The hospitality is lovely from the staff as this being a family business. The host Sanjay is warming, helpful and always nice to have conversation with. If you ever are craving an Indian I urge you to visit here and only here! They have the most authentic dishes and very reasonable priced.

27/11/2024: 5 out of 5 (Excellent food, excellent service) We visited as a family of 4. The service, the food and the ambiance was amazing. We have fish chilli, prawn karahi and chicken tikka and everything was delicious!! The curry for prawn karahi was something we have never tasted before. Very unique and delicious!!

01/11/2024: My opinion and experience........ found this hidden gem last year and nothing has changed. The food is still gorgeous and plentiful and the staff are friendly and helpful. The owner even remembered everything I wanted to eat as I always have the same food because I'm a creature of habit.😁

13/10/2024: Food is very good, and plentiful, just about managed last mouthful. Sister had veggie meal, which she loved Naan is fantastic beer is lovely and cold

31/10/2024: We had a nice evening here during our holiday and the food and service were decent. As far as curries go in a European holiday resort I haven’t had much better but to be honest if you have good curry houses around you like we do in Bedford the food here is average at best. It’s hard to understand how this place is so highly ranked in the area 10/149 and by comparison we had exceptional meals and service at a place ranked 100/149 but I guess the age of the digital footprint means mediocrity can be celebrated and the rustic and traditional gems can get left behind.

01/11/2024: Absolutely a fantastic find in the heart of Carvoeiro. The staff was very professional and extremely attentive. Could not ask for a better location to dine. Right above Carvoeiro beach. Most importantly, the food was excellent and served with a smile. I highly recommend this restaurant.

04/10/2024: Every time we go to Carvoeiro we go at least once to this fantastic Indian restaurant. As usual the food was exceptional and the service again as usual was great.

24/09/2024: We’ve now been there several times. Been coming to Carvoeiro for years, but only recently started going to Indian restaurants- we thought we’d go local as far as food was concerned. This is now a regular. We just love the Indian food - no matter what - it’s brilliant. Service is speedy and friendly.

13/09/2024: Guter Platz für ein schnelles und reichhaltiges Abendessen. Die Servicekräfte sprechen zwar nur schlecht Englisch aber man kann sich trotzdem super mit ihnen verständigen.

19/08/2024: Wir waren mehrfach da und wurden immer prima bedient. Indisches Essen und Pizza - beides gut und lecker. Spektakulär, wenn die Platten direkt aus dem Tandoori-Ofen kamen und dampften und zischten! Vernünftige Preise. Sehr angenehmes Ambiente. Aber das Beste ist die sehr freundliche Chefin und ihr umsichtigesTeam auch bei Hektik. Unaufdringliche Live-Musik am Mittwoch und Samstag. Wer erst ab 20:00 Uhr essen möchte, sollte einen Tisch vorbestellen, denn der Piano Garden - IndianAndPizza war i.d.R. sehr gut besucht. Wenn wir wieder in Ferragudo Urlaub machen sollten, werden wir sicherlich wieder hier essen.

30/10/2024: Wij hebben zeer goed gegeten en gedronken voor een prima prijs. De Lassi's waren super lekker en ook het eten was heerlijk. Ik genoot echt van mijn saag paneer. Zeer gastvrij en vriendelijk personeel.

27/10/2024: A group of 10 of us chose this restaurant, partly based on a very good experience I had in 2022. However, this time was nowhere near as good. Our table was booked for 8 pm, and we arrived promptly. Poppadoms to start did not taste particularly fresh. We then had a wait of around one and a half hours before we received our mains. It was not a busy night. Table was not cleared promptly after the poppadoms. Drinks were not replenished unless we chased up. When the food arrived, there were mixed reviews. Some enjoyed their dishes but others did not. Unfortunately, the service was not at all what is should have been and this experience means we will not eat here again in future. The staff were pleasant enough, but this didn’t compensate for the extremely long wait.
