16/11/2024: This is by far the best Indian food I have ever had from outside of the UK. Every dish me and my husband had was perfectly cooked with the right flavours and spices. We have eaten every day since we've visited here and always left full for the day. The hospitality is lovely from the staff as this being a family business. The host Sanjay is warming, helpful and always nice to have conversation with. If you ever are craving an Indian I urge you to visit here and only here! They have the most authentic dishes and very reasonable priced.

27/11/2024: 5 out of 5 (Excellent food, excellent service) We visited as a family of 4. The service, the food and the ambiance was amazing. We have fish chilli, prawn karahi and chicken tikka and everything was delicious!! The curry for prawn karahi was something we have never tasted before. Very unique and delicious!!

01/11/2024: Mi opinión y experiencia... encontré esta joya escondida el año pasado y nada ha cambiado. La comida sigue siendo preciosa y abundante y el personal es amable y servicial. El dueño incluso recordó todo lo que quería comer, ya que siempre tengo la misma comida porque soy una criatura de hábito.

14/12/2024: This review is only for the service because we didn’t get to eat the food for the following reasons…. We visited with friends who had previously had a bad experience during Covid ,but we really wanted to try it because of the amazing views. However, this was not to be because when we arrived we were stopped near the doorway and told the chef didn’t start until 18:30 - why advertise 18:00 if you don’t serve food at this time - and in a quite rude and aggressive manner. One of the waiters even stepped in front of my husband in a confrontational way before a woman appeared who we assumed was the manager. She told us that we couldn’t have a table because they had a large group coming in for 9pm which, considering it was 18:10 at the time, was quite ridiculous, not to mention there was no sign to say there was a private party. We left promptly and will never return.

01/11/2024: Absolutamente un fantástico hallazgo en el corazón de Carvoeiro. El personal era muy profesional y muy atento. No podía pedir un mejor lugar para cenar. Justo encima de la playa de Carvoeiro. Lo más importante, la comida era excelente y servida con una sonrisa. Recomiendo encarecidamente este restaurante.

30/10/2024: Wij hebben zeer goed gegeten en gedronken voor een prima prijs. De Lassi's waren super lekker en ook het eten was heerlijk. Ik genoot echt van mijn saag paneer. Zeer gastvrij en vriendelijk personeel.

27/10/2024: A group of 10 of us chose this restaurant, partly based on a very good experience I had in 2022. However, this time was nowhere near as good. Our table was booked for 8 pm, and we arrived promptly. Poppadoms to start did not taste particularly fresh. We then had a wait of around one and a half hours before we received our mains. It was not a busy night. Table was not cleared promptly after the poppadoms. Drinks were not replenished unless we chased up. When the food arrived, there were mixed reviews. Some enjoyed their dishes but others did not. Unfortunately, the service was not at all what is should have been and this experience means we will not eat here again in future. The staff were pleasant enough, but this didn’t compensate for the extremely long wait.

04/10/2024: Cada vez que vamos a Carvoeiro vamos al menos una vez a este fantástico restaurante indio. Como de costumbre la comida era excepcional y el servicio de nuevo como de costumbre era genial.

24/09/2024: Ahora hemos estado allí varias veces. Hemos estado viniendo a Carvoeiro durante años, pero solo recientemente comenzamos a ir a restaurantes indios - pensamos que íbamos a ir local en lo que respecta a la comida. Esto es ahora habitual. Nos encanta la comida india, pase lo que pase, es brillante. El servicio es rápido y amable.

13/09/2024: Guter Platz für ein schnelles und reichhaltiges Abendessen. Die Servicekräfte sprechen zwar nur schlecht Englisch aber man kann sich trotzdem super mit ihnen verständigen.

19/08/2024: Wir waren mehrfach da und wurden immer prima bedient. Indisches Essen und Pizza - beides gut und lecker. Spektakulär, wenn die Platten direkt aus dem Tandoori-Ofen kamen und dampften und zischten! Vernünftige Preise. Sehr angenehmes Ambiente. Aber das Beste ist die sehr freundliche Chefin und ihr umsichtigesTeam auch bei Hektik. Unaufdringliche Live-Musik am Mittwoch und Samstag. Wer erst ab 20:00 Uhr essen möchte, sollte einen Tisch vorbestellen, denn der Piano Garden - IndianAndPizza war i.d.R. sehr gut besucht. Wenn wir wieder in Ferragudo Urlaub machen sollten, werden wir sicherlich wieder hier essen.
