02/11/2024: O serviço foi simpático e a comida estava razoável ( Carapaus alimados e Canja de amêijoas) já os peixe rei fritos deixaram muito a desejar, quer na confecção quer na quantidade e preço. De resto esteve se bem.

13/10/2024: As ostras e os camarões estavam bons. Mas Serviram-me uma sapateira seca, que nem sequer consegui comer.

26/10/2024: What a fantastic place! Food, service, atmosphere all brilliant. Would 100% recommend. Great choice of food - fish choices especially good. Even had the baby Guinness shots👍

25/10/2024: Everything about this place is pretty average. We have been a few times now and the welcome is very average - like customers are a bit of an inconvenience. Not all of them - the guy who took our food order was good. Roof terrace nice views but bar staff not especially welcoming. Went downstairs and sat outside - that barman was excellent. Food is fine but no better than that. If the beach location is important to you, its a good spot but for everything else there a a lot of way better restaurants to visit in Quinta do Lago/Vale de Lobo. We have scrubbed this one off the list now.

08/09/2024: Abbiamo scoperto questo ristorante incuriositi dall'insegna esterna ed entrando abbiamo scoperto la particolarità di questo ristorante. In pratica i pescatori locali espongono il pescato del giorno ed i clienti a pranzo o a cena scelgono cosa mangiare in base all'ordine di entrata al ristorante. Noi abbiamo scelto sardine e orate freschissime. Naturalmente il pesce viene cotto al momento della scelta ed è forse per questo che nonostante la location molto semplice i prezzi non sono molto economici. Un'esperienza però da provare assolutamente. Consigliatissimo.

07/09/2024: Uma boa surpresa. Qualidade do peixe e bem grelhado. Grelha e cozinha à vista. Espaço agradável. Sala espaçosa e limpa.

19/03/2024: Tudo espetacular. Desde a comida, ao local, todo o staff, incluindo o patrão, é casa para continuar a frequentar sempre que possível. Maravilha. Não 5🌟, mas, 10🌟...

17/03/2024: Recepção calorosa, comida requintada, sem espera, virado para a praia e para o mar e um sorriso permanente dos funcionários.

19/10/2024: La comida más deliciosa y el servicio era excelente y una gran relación calidad-precio. Mi esposa tomó el salmón y yo el pollo piri - piri, seguido de crema de caramelo. Podría volver y tener la misma comida cada noche de nuestras vacaciones, pero en su lugar se han resistido y reservado de nuevo para nuestra última noche... .. si puedo esperar tanto tiempo! 🤣. Fotos subidas y el no veg fue mi elección porque estoy de vacaciones y tan permitido!

01/10/2024: Er zijn niet veel restaurants die tegenvallen in Carvoeiro. Maar A Marisqeira is er één van. De kaart is niet bijzonder maar als de gerechten smaken en de prijs redelijk is, is het prima. Ik had de vissoep die smakeloos was en nauwelijks vulling had. Prijs was €6 voor kleine kop. Mijn vrouw had meloen met heel weinig ham voor ook veel te veel geld. Hoofdgerecht van mijn vrouw wad ok. Ik had een entrecote die op zich prima smaakte maar gewoon niet warm genoeg is. En dan €20 voor een kale entrecote is niet best. Ik ken restaurants in Carvoeiro waar entrecote op de steengrill met 3 sausjes voor minder wordt geserveerd. De sangria was wel prima maar dat is niet de dealmaker voor ons. Wij komen hier in ieder geval niet meer terug!

03/10/2024: Steak tuft.asked for meal without fries and went to order extra salad.waiter said there was salad with it.Meal came piled high with fries,salad was lettuce and tomato which was old limp and sour.My wife had crab first which was nice but the prawns came on a bed of the awful old salad.Not good.really disappointed we work hard,save for holiday so please treat your guests with the same standard you would expect when eating food.

03/11/2024: Had been here before on a lads trip (as recommended by one of the lads) and I wanted to return now with the family, and as the wife loved it too we did two days on the bounce, and both were excellent. The enthusiastic and ever-smiling owner bustles around constantly and the staff are good too. We sat at the round table just inside the door so I couldn’t see into the open plan kitchen, but everything that came out if it was first class on both evenings. Only slight negative was no monkfish on day one but delivery next morning - only it was a bank holiday so no monkfish again BUT that really was not a big issue as there is so much choice on the menu. Fillet steak in particular excellent and reasonably priced, wine great and similarly very reasonable and desserts pretty damn good too. Service good and not rushed so you enjoy a relaxed meal at the speed you wish to eat at. Looking forward to next time already.

12/10/2024: We have been having family holidays in Luz for over fifteen years now, our highlight is always eating under the service of Patrice and his staff, with all the dishes coming from the kitchen with passion.

15/10/2024: Slechte kwaliteit visgerechten. In de vissoep zat meer vermicelli dan vis. De inktvisringen waren niet beter van smaak en kwaliteit dan die je voorverpakt in de supermarkt kunt kopen. De meloen met ham was goed, maar daarvoor ga je niet naar een visrestaurant. Ik begrijp dan ook niet dat ze met deze kwaliteit eten al 40 jaar kunnen bestaan.

14/09/2024: Excellent traditional Fish Restaurant, amazing Fish to choose from. Our waiter was very helpful and friendly, and his recommendation of Rose fish was sublime, many thanks. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. We love this place because you sit with all the locals. Would definitely recommend this genuine restaurant.

04/11/2024: Boa confecção mas comportamento da gerência do pior. Pediram-me para pagar ao que acedi como é lógico porque queriam fechar a caixa. Qual o meu espanto que após pagamento e estando a acabar de consumir o que já havia pago sou posto na rua porque queriam fechar a porta. Já aqui neste mesmo espaço os elogiei mas hoje foi a última vez que aqui entrei quem assim trata os clientes não precisa deles.

12/10/2024: Para mim um dos melhores restaurantes das redondezas de Lisboa. Nunca nos deixa mal. Boa comida serviço muito bom , eficiente e com umvgrande nivel de atendimento. Merece uma visita

06/10/2024: We spend 31,70€ for 2 hole dish of meat and fish, one apetizer, a beer and a glass of wine, they offered 2 shots of local rum. The service was amazing, nice peole, the waitress was very polite and she did everything to make our expierence the best. Absolutely recommended

12/07/2024: We were told from our host in apartment we should look on restaurants where also loclas going for dinner or lunch. So we find Restaurant a Poita. We were there several times and always food was amaizing. Waitresses were very friendly and helpfull, also the owner. Fish and seafood were fresh and delicious, and you can taste domestic cooking (like ussually grandmoms did). Very reasonable prices, and you can really feel, that this is family run restaurant. Highly recomended

04/11/2024: We really enjoyed this restaurant for lunch. We went 3 times. We loved the local bread and enjoyed steak sandwiches. The fresh orange juice was delightful. We sat on the outside terrace. A peaceful place to sit. The staff were very friendly and attentive.

Serviram me peixe que cheirava a podre uma tristeza!!😥 Depois de ver um anúncio enganoso na rede facebook em que mostravam um prato de peixe que ha vista merecia provar enganeime redondamente.. comida de malisssima qualidade.. No fim a empregada ainda pediu desculpa, e acabei por pagar tudo...

31/03/2024: A nossa experiência gastronómica favorita em toda a nossa viagem aos Açores. Peixe super bom cozinhado e perfeitamente equilibrado. Serviço ultra excelente do próprio proprietário, que é tão simpático e prestativo. As melhores opções veganas e sem glúten também na Terceira, fizeram uma sobremesa vegana sem glúten personalizada para o meu parceiro que tem alergias.

30/03/2024: Tivemos o melhor jantar aqui no nosso último dia na Terceira. Comida maravilhosa, funcionários extremamente simpáticos e uma excelente atmosfera! Os pratos estavam bem preparados e extremamente saborosos. Todas as perguntas que tínhamos foram respondidas com entusiasmo! Aceitamos todas as sugestões que nosso servidor nos deu e não poderíamos ter ficado mais felizes com a refeição!

24/07/2024: When we arrived on a Tuesday, despite not being on a main road the place was busy. It later became evident that many diners were regulars. We were able to get a table outside. The menu had many Portuguese dishes and my partner, of Portuguese origin, was spoilt for choice. I had a very large steak which was cooked medium rare as I specified. The sweet menu was extensive again with many Portuguese favourites & international choices. This was probably the best restaurants we had been to up to the 5th day of our holiday. The staff were helpful and attentive & spoke English..

16/07/2024: Esplanada excelente e comida deliciosa. Serviço, decoração, conforto e cozinha perfeita! Aconselho reservar antecipadamente aos fins de semana e feriado, em particular ao almoço.

09/07/2024: Good food but overpriced with all the extra not asked… get the tourist pay more is not the way to go but hey, you know you will pay for what you have not asked!

27/04/2024: Comida excelente e bastante saborosa. Ambiente acolhedor e empregados bastante atenciosos. Sem dúvida nenhuma que é um local a voltar.
