Restaurante Ramires Ponta Delgada em Ponta Delgada

We were 2 for dinner and sat outside. This was an OK meal but disappointing, mainly due to the small/bony chicken that was offered. Good flavour but not enough meat. The chips, spicy baked beans and salad were better and we left mostly full. Service was intermittent and it was not a busy night. There are better options, based on our experience.

This is close to the port looking over the area that has sea swimming. Seating outside or in. Friendly service. They have the traditional blood sausage/black pudding mashed up. Served with the local grilled pineapple. Gorgeous. Also had Piripiri chicken and trips which was good. Also nice puddings. Great place for lunch. Some shops nearby and the whale watching boats.
