P'tit Bistró Republique em Faro

26/09/2024: This is a must visit if you enjoy your food. Lovely couple running this small restaurant who have an undoubted passion for their food. If you want to visit I would recommend booking first so as not to disappoint. This was our second visit and a great place to celebrate anniversary. Hopefully we will return again next year!

02/09/2024: We dined at Pigs and Cows last night in Faro and were so impressed with the superb service and excellent food. There was a choice 5 Entrees, 5 mains and 5 desserts and it was difficult to choose as everything sounded so delicious as explained by Lilia one of the chefs/owners. Didier (Lilia’s partner and other chef) cooked all the food and bought it to the table. The setting is private and comfortable with a choice of indoor or outdoor. We can’t say how impressed we were and for me the best food I have eaten in Portugal. This restaurant is NOT a tourist trap but a seriously great place to taste Portuguese and French food. The Tuna was so delicious and my husband’s Beef carpaccio also stunning. The prawn curry was something special.
