Petisqueira Voltaria em Porto

Este es un restaurante típico de la ciudad de Oporto, donde se puede disfrutar de la comida local. El producto es excelente y el trato es espectacular. El lugar es pequeño pero muy acogedor. El bacalao es el producto estrella y tienen unos postres deliciosos. Si quieres ir, ten paciencia, siempre hay una fila, como en buenos lugares.

What wonderful food and staff. One of the owners may be your waiter and he is just a really nice guy and so fun to chat with. He may seem gruff at first but he warms up fast if you are friendly and he is really a lot of fun. It is not a large place, very few tables inside, and a couple tables outside in a cute courtyard. We actually sat at a table outside at one of the dinners we had here during our 4 day stay in Porto. We were the only ones out there and it was really fun. The owner spent extra time with us, chatting about the restaurant. The restaurant was so good we came back a second time. They do not take reservations and there is a line, but it is worth considering lining up just before they open (6:30 p.m.? Call and check). Either way, it is always fun to stand in line with travelers from around the world and make new friends. The cod dishes are amazing, as is the octopus dish. Ask the waiter/owner for recommendations, he is always right on point. And say hello!
