We had a nice evening here during our holiday and the food and service were decent. As far as curries go in a European holiday resort I haven’t had much better but to be honest if you have good curry houses around you like we do in Bedford the food here is average at best. It’s hard to understand how this place is so highly ranked in the area 10/149 and by comparison we had exceptional meals and service at a place ranked 100/149 but I guess the age of the digital footprint means mediocrity can be celebrated and the rustic and traditional gems can get left behind.

A gorgeous Indian meal - would highly recommend, well worth a visit and such a beautiful building. We had onion bargees to start, and mains included king prawn masala and fish masala. All extremely well presented and friendly helpful staff. Thank you!

06/10/2024: We came across this restaurant almost by accident as we had planned to go to another restaurant that night however it was closed- this ended up working out brilliantly as we had a great meal at the Curry House. The food and service was great and it was brilliant value. We had two curries, a child meal, half a bottle of wine, a vodka and coke, extras such as naans and chips as well as dessert and the bill came to just under €50. We enjoyed it so much we made a conscious decision to return here on our last night where again the food and service was fantastic. You must visit here if visiting Alporchinhos

Pani Restaurant - Indian Cuisine

01/11/2024: Absolutely a fantastic find in the heart of Carvoeiro. The staff was very professional and extremely attentive. Could not ask for a better location to dine. Right above Carvoeiro beach. Most importantly, the food was excellent and served with a smile. I highly recommend this restaurant.
29/10/2024: Visited for our evening meal on one of our first nights in Carvoeiro and did not disappoint.The menu is huge,a large selection of dishes for every meat or fish or vegetarian options you can think of as well as restaurant specials. The staff are all friendly and attentive and when u order a curry u can choose whether u want the spice to be mild,medium or spicy so it is cooked to your taste.I had Lamb Roganjosh with Egg Fried Rice and a Garlic Naan and it was incredible.The Lamb was so soft and fell apart as i ate it and I ate every last bite of the meal.My wife had one of special Currie's with Prawns.The presentation of this meal was great as it came sizzling on a strip of foil,cooking in front of us.The prawns were massive and tasted great.Overall,this was one of the nicest Indian meals i have had and we are going to return!
