Moinho de Don Quixote em Sintra

We have been enjoying this fabulous location for 30 years. It has exploded in popularity in recent years, apparently from a successful social media presence. It's now frequently crowded and servers are less friendly than years past. Most everything is typically great, but this time Maria ordered a quiche and the crust was thicker than the egg filling. Quite a let down for €13. Probably €1 in ingredients. Dont order the quiche. The waiter said it's normal. I had a great burger and a delicious glass of wine and a lovely apple tart desert. The ambiance is very cozy and the views breathtaking. We highly recommend a visit to Don Quichote.

A wonderful restaurant with exceptional view near Sintra. The food was very good and the service very nice, as well. Pets are welcome inside and outside of the restaurant. A must for pet lovers.
