La Brasserie de L'Entrecôte - Chiado em Lisboa

10/08/2024: A great place to stop by for an afternoon pastry. I was able to get a table around 4:30pm when it wasn't too busy. The service was great! The pastries were delicious, particularly the pastel de nata and gourmandise.

07/06/2024: Just across from our hotel so we tried it before any other coffee shop. Staff weren’t rude but weren’t overly nice. We had the quiche Lorraine and a tomato and mozzarella sandwich with a couple of cappuccinos. The quiche was room temperature and a bit bland (couldn’t really taste the cheese) and the sandwich was just ok. The cappuccinos had sweet, whipped cream on top and we’d asked for milk and sugar. It is conveniently located and has a great view of the arch, so I would probably give them another chance at some point.
