Hamburgueria do Bairro - Principe Real em Lisboa

It's a cozy little place tucked away in Principe Real. The burgers are good, and they have lots of options with beef, chicken, and a variety of veggies and vegan options. Service was fast, and friendly. Prices are great, and dessert is tasty. They have a Portuguese beer on tap. I'd add my voice to those recommending they toast their buns, but if you're craving a burger while in Lisbon, you're several steps above McDonalds here, for the same price.
