Grill Four Seasons em Cascais

Service exceeded our expectations by far. Food, especially tartar prepared by your table, was of the highest quality. Ambiance, you can feel the history of this amazing hotel.

We were staying at the hotel so dinner here was a natural selection, after the rather frustrating 45 minute wait for pre dinner drinks in the lounge/bar the dinner was a significant improvement. A time machine takes you back to when dining was theatre and an event! Choosing the 'theatre' dishes meant they were made at the table with an army of waiters in white jackets buzzing around. Lots of flambe, sauces and extravaganza - but most importantly the food was delicious. For sure, the interior really could do with an upgrade and the prices are right at the high end of the curve, but the overall experience was a lot of fun, espe3cially when you're with younger family etc..
