One of the best "Tasca Experiences" you will have in Lisbon! It's located at a corner of a not so popular street (Rua da Fé), its facilities are quite OK (considering it's a "tasca"), the staff is very nice (despite having weak English skills :p ) and, above all, the food (typical Portuguese Cuisine) is EXCELLENT and for a fair price! I recommend any of the daily dishes, since that in the many times I've been here, I never had a bad dish. In the attached image, "Polvo à Lagareiro".
Tudo Muito Bom, obrigada pelo seu profissionalismo, até a próxima ☺️♥️
So delicious!! I’m not a big seafood fan but I tried the Bacalhau à Brás and it was delicious!!! I don’t speak a lick of Portuguese but I had my translation app ready and gave it a try. The waiter was friendly and I felt super comfortable taking my time to order and enjoy my meal.
I also ordered some white wine, I got a small jug, I really just wanted a glass but I didn’t know how to say that… I’m not a big fan of wine but this was very very good. And to finish it off I had the rice pudding, very tasty with a citrusy kick.
Comida tradicional de gran calidad a muy buen precio y la atención estupenda.
muy amables y simpáticos los dueños y el entorno muy agradable. recomiendo
I was recommended to come here because I wanted Portugese food that’s not for the tourist. I did look at the menu before coming so I knew there were no English option. I took screenshots of the food pictures that I wanted to try in case. When I arrived, it was starting to get busy, about 8pm. There was only 1 server and it looks like only 1 chef. The server sat 6 tables after me so the restaurant was completely full. 3 of the tables that came in after me were served before he even took my order. I was willing to ignore that. I showed him the picture of what i wanted to eat when he did take my order. They do not take card. Food was good.
Boa comida, preço acessível. Gostei
Great seafood especially the grilled octopus and also the shrimp congee. Grilled sardines were also quite nice. Lots of football on the telly and a good supply of desserts, coffees, and Portuguese wine...Good service, reasonable prices.
