We enjoyed a delicious lunch here. It was full of locals which is always a good sign, and we loved our meals. The staff were very good as well, helpful and obliging. Thoroughly recommend for if you are after good, honest food and nothing too fancy.

Beautiful food, best we’ve eaten this week in Portugal!! Very friendly and helpful staff. We had the goat and the octopus and they were both exceptional. Thank you team, will hopefully one day return xxxx

30/09/2024: Our hotel next door recommended the restaurant so we booked for my birthday treat. Arrived early and enjoyed a pre dinner drink on the lower terrace watching sunset. We had booked an inside table but waitress recommended outside one with a view and provided blankets to keep my wife warm. The waitress helped with Duoro reserve wine selection and also recommend we share the mushroom starter. Our mains of duck and fillet steak were cooked to perfection. I loved the vegetables served on purée. We finished off our meal sharing a couple of desserts accompanied by a candle! Great evening
