A fabulous setting with amazing staff! It was our first night in Lisbon & our friend recommended this restaurant - we were not disappointed ! Food was very good & the service was exceptional! Thank you Alcine!

Delightful dinner in a great setting, former beer garden and monastery! Our server, Enes took the time to introduce us to their local beer selection with suggestions and tastings. Services were generous and well prepared. Enes was helpful with his recommendations and watchful service. Look forward to returning.

25/10/2024: Not all the items on the menu are available each night. We had the lamb stew and squid neither disappointed. Fun to have it served table side
04/07/2024: Had dinner at this small and most pleasant restaurant twice. I went for a third dinner, not that hungry, would not allow me to order only apps…must order an entree. I had a large and delicious serving of traditional green soup, fantastic John Dory fish served with coriander rice, also a traditional dish, and a veggie little tiny pie thing that was also good. Highly recommend. Fills up so you may have to wait a bit. So good !

19/09/2024: Had to return to this old favorite. Same old/elegant decor. Same good service from very professional waiter. Good wine but the one we ordered was not available; he did tell us he was substituting. Food not up to par. Should have had the seabass with husband; my grouper was tough and had seen better days. Sadly would not return.
08/08/2024: If possible make a reservation. This place gets busy. Excellent service, attentive and they have good recommendations. We had two dishes, dessert, drinks, wine, and a tip for less than 150 euros. The bifes and Filet are really good. Very recommendable
