22/08/2024: We went there for this year’s menu - Balance Menu - with nine moments that brought us to a new height of l creativity and passion for cooking and service. It is with a strong spirit that they embrace the fight against the effects of climate change on the food system. This menu consists of - Chefs Welcome - Oyster and Elderberry (Oyster, elderflower slush and algae oil) - Shrimp cocktail (Shrimp mousse, lettuce gelatin, prawn mayonnaise and cucumber) - Mackerel & Tomato (Alvarinho, beetroot and hazelnut) - Cod & cod (Cod loin, sames, tongue and cured yolk cream) - Corn and piri-piri quail (grilled quail, piri-piri sauce and crispy skin) - Turbot and bivalves (Green peas and sunflower-potato root) - Beef and cauliflower (Veal loin, cauliflower puree, broccoli spikes and jus) - Hibiscus, raspberry and beetroot - Pina colada (Coconut, pineapple and passion fruit) ABSOLUTELY fantastic and HIGHLY recommended!
