05/08/2024: A minha visita à Gelados de Portugal já é recorrente e adoro cada vez mais! Gelados muito cremosos e com sabores portugueses, crepes e gaufres deliciosos. As novidades são os mochos e os batidos. Ambas são ótimas escolhas para quem gosta de variar! Super recomendo!

04/10/2024: L'endroit parfait pour un déjeuner à petit prix les pieds dans le sable face à la mer et à deux pas du très joli village de Ferragudo, qui permet d'éviter les prix prohibitifs des restaurants de poisson! Burgers généreux, excellents et pas très chers (11,50 euros). Accueil et service très agréable. Règlement uniquement en espèces.

04/10/2024: Fantástico menú sencillo con muy buena ejecución. Una de las mejores hamburguesas que he probado. Simplemente delicioso. Bebidas frías y frescas. El personal del bar es excelente y conoce su camino alrededor de una variedad adecuada de cócteles, de nuevo algunos de los mejores que probamos en cualquier lugar de Ferragudo. ¡Un mérito al equipo que trabaja aquí! Los precios también son algunos de los más razonables en el pueblo .. no se puede perder aquí en mi opinión!

13/10/2024: Our third holiday in Praia da Rocha and had to visit the Moonlight Bar again. Such a relaxing spot. Facing the ocean with great music and an exceptional barman - Hugo. Everyone gets a warm welcome and he makes marvelous Electric Lemonades.

05/10/2024: Frequented this bar numerous times over a week. Good clean establishment with great Vista with ocean views. Service from the staff is efficient , very polite and friendly. Drinks are very reasonably priced and of good standard. Great atmosphere on a night with the music. One of the best bars in praia da rocha. A must visit.

13/09/2024: It used to be great, but now the new staff on the rooftop is rude and aggressive (don’t make any complaint, otherwise they threat you with their intimidating security guard!) To avoid, despite the good music. There are many other (better) options in the surrounding area!

17/08/2024: Cool Irish pub. Reasonably priced drinks. The staff are outstanding. Friendly and fantastic customer service. Samuel very kindly opened early, whilst doing their prep for the evening, just so we could watch the rugby match between South Africa and Portugal! Very much appreciated! Been there once before for live music and will definitely return next time we are in Faro. Cheers guys!

25/06/2024: Great place run by a nice guy with a great team. Shutout to Paige who holds it perfectly. Highly recommend for pre dinner and after drinks

31/03/2024: A comida era excelente, com muitas opções veganas e refeições para crianças. O serviço foi rápido e amigável, e eles garantiram que estávamos aproveitando nosso almoço, inclusive aquecendo nossa fatia de pão de banana para um encerramento delicioso. Um dos servidores até nos ajudou a circular pela cidade - pessoas super amigáveis. Parte das mesas ficam do lado de fora, em uma praça tranquila, por isso parecia muito autêntico.

14/10/2024: A very well run establishment. Very friendly and hard working team. A great place to people watch, socialise with a wide range of drinks & snacks and the snacks I must say are very good. The best tuna toasties! Joel has a great sense of humour and Gracia and Sylvana are so lovely, hard working and the whole team are so welcoming. The bar has a great vibe and is always busy late on. It has a great buzz and a great place to mix and chat to fellow travellers & locals. Thank you guys. See you in June x

04/10/2024: A lovely little bar situated at the top of Resteraunt hill ran by Joel and his wife Maria. Always a good crowd of people in enjoying the drinks and snacks served by Grace and Silvio . We look forward to being back there soon

04/11/2024: Close to our hotel, the Bellavista is a must. Great prices, a good choice of drinks and food. Lots of seating and a chilled vibe.

19/10/2024: A bar I always enjoy visiting on any holiday I take to this sun drenched resort is Bellavista Sports Bar ,been here many times over the years, always had a good time and so it proved on our latest visit. A great looking sports bar ,interior is superb, an eye catching serving bar dominates the main room, pubby decor and furnishings, pool table,big screens to enjoy the sport and plenty of seating options spread throughout this sports bar both inside and outside on their terrace that offers great views of the busy Avenida Dos Descobrimentos, its just a really good sports bar to unwind in. We visited here three times on our weeks holiday in Albufeira, watched the English Premier League football,we stayed on bottles of beer from Super Bock Brewery, these were served in excellent condition being iced cold and sparkling on all our visits ,lads who served us were really nice ,good sense of humour, loved all our visits here, can't wait to go again next time we're in Albufeira next October. Bellavista Sports Bar is easy to locate along Avenida Dos Descobrimentos. Well worth checking out if you're in the area.

17/07/2024: Had lunch with a friend today and it was just perfect. The restaurant itself is lovely and a high standard of decoration. The food is high quality with excellent choice and the menu is clear for dietary requirements. It was the service that really impressed me though. The person that served us couldn’t have been better, I had lots of questions and requests and nothing was too much trouble at all. An absolute asset to your business. A perfect lunch date that I will definitely repeat and recommend to others. 5*

15/09/2024: We unfortunately had a slightly disappointing experience at True Food when we visited on a Saturday evening. There were two other couples there when we arrived, we were relatively early for dinner service so it wasn't busy, the food took a long time to come - which I don't have a problem with because you know it's being cooked to order - however my partner's main meal arrived 5-10 minutes before mine did, he started eating as it was getting cold and he was more than half-way through his by the time my meal came. We weren't offered any explanation or warning that the food wouldn't come together. I would understand if we were in a larger group but it was just the two of us. My partner had the vegetarian ravioli which was excellent, it was filled with a really great almond-based cheese and had vegan parmesan on top which tasted very true to the real thing. I had the seitan carbonara which was fine but I wasn't quite as impressed by it and wished I'd gotten the ravioli as well, the seitan marinade was a bit overpowering. We were excited about the dessert options but unfortunately most of them had already sold out during the lunchtime service so we opted for the grilled pineapple which was fine, would have been nice if it was served with something additional like some ice cream. A couple of other minor (but seemingly easy to rectify) points were that menus were not taken away after ordering, which is standard practice in any cafe or restaurant we've been to, meaning that they were left taking up space on our small table. Also they only accepted cash payment, which was a bit of an inconvenience for us as it was the last night of our holiday and we didn't want to have to take out more euros, my partner had to walk to find an ATM (the one across the road that the server pointed us to charged 4% for withdrawals). While we were there we saw at least one other group place an order but then leave when they were told that they could only pay with cash.

08/09/2024: Encomendei paella vegana por 14,90€. Demorou quase 30 minutos antes de sair. Depois a paella ficou morna e a placa de metal fria. O pedaço de alcachofra em cima do arroz estava literalmente gelado, como se tivesse saído direto da geladeira. O arroz não estava totalmente cozido e tinha um núcleo duro. Muito decepcionante. Não vale nada 14,90€.
