22/08/2024: Sitio muy recomendable. Tienen gerencia nueva. No hacer caso a comentarios antiguos. Muy buena cocina, sitio muy agradable y muy buena atención. El arroz al tamboril magnífico, la picaña excelente y las brochetas muy buenas. La atención estupenda y muy buen trato. Muchas gracias a Armanda, muy amable.

22/06/2024: Espaço agradável, com vista para o mar/praia de ofir. Pena que a comida não acompanhe as vistas… jantei espetada do mar,que mais parecia cozida, em vez de grelhada. Espetada sem sabor , num prato chumbado em azeite. As batatas a murro com mau aspeto, cheias de pintas negras. Lamentável, mas foi a pior espetada que comi até hoje! Preço / qualidade inapropriado . Local de eleição, sem dúvida, mas que não repetirei tendo em conta a gastronomia.

15/09/2024: Bom dia! É a segunda vez que tento tomar o pequeno almoço nesta pastelaria. Além de ser ignorada de forma gritante, tive a paciência de aguardar. Esperei o que considero razoável e mesmo assim, não há um par de olhos que nos veja e pergunte o que queremos tomar. A pastelaria é boa, mas o atendimento e simpatia péssimos. Da pior quase experiência que tivemos. Talvez não precisem de fidelização de clientes, já têm suficientes. A nunca mais voltar. Há opções ao lado de qualidade.

02/09/2024: Fui de brigadeiro e mil folhas!! Lugar aconchegante com uma variedade enorme de deliciosas doces. Visito sempre. Gosto também do atendimento.

03/09/2024: We had actually been booked to stay in this guest house (now called SISU) which is in a good location in the town. We arrived at lunchtime - too early for 3pm check in - so we had lunch on the terrace at the back of the restaurant while we waited for our room. We had walked 15km from Povoa de Varzim so we were thirsty and hungry. We saw the people at the next table having the sushi and sashimi (not on the menu) so we had that and it was excellent. The breakfast the next morning was good as well. Our room on the second floor was compact, clean, bright and modern like the restaurant and had a large glass window over the entire side wall which could only be opened about 10cm (for safety I suppose). The curtain was not adequate to darken the room in the morning. This place feels like it is in transition from one style of place to another or in new ownership perhaps - it doesn't quite know what it is. Is it a bar/lounge, trendy restaurant, hotel, guest house...

07/10/2024: This restaurant is part of Hotel Reguenga and I’d like you to leave a review here. Hotel Reguenga is definitely the best value in Portugal and offers unbeatable hospitality. I stayed at Hotel Reguenga during my Portuguese Coastal Camino walk, and it truly has to be the best value hotel in Portugal! For just 25 euros, I got a spacious, clean room with an ensuite, a TV, and the largest courtyard I’ve seen. The cleanliness was impeccable—easily the cleanest room I’ve experienced on my Camino. The highlight of my stay was the exceptional service from the owner, Manuel Almeida. He went above and beyond by offering to drive me to the nearest open restaurant and even picking me up after dinner! His generosity and thoughtfulness made my stay unforgettable. Thank you for such an amazing experience—I will definitely be back!
