10/08/2025: The restaurant has been totally refurbished and looks really fabulous however that is the only positive. The food is average and the staff inexperienced. We waited a while to be seated (no staff on hand). We had requested not be seated right next to the play area (our kids are now 15, 18 and 20). When we arrived we were told our table was next to the play area. The manager kindly reminded me that Koko Lane was a family restaurant !! (thanks for the reminder, I simply asked not to be sat next to the play area). We were eventually found an alternative table. Starters arrived promptly, main courses took forever to arrive. After very average food we decided to cut our losses and not stay for dessert. Pity as the place looks great.
07/08/2025: The new refurbished Kiki is beautiful. Lovely setting and decent service. Food is good but menu could be more extensive with more choice.

19/08/2024: O chefe de sala excelente 5* o restante pessoal muito fraco.
A comida não estava mal, mas não houve sobremesa para todos. Prometem tudo e fogem para não dar a cara quando não cumprem o combinado. um fracasso e muita falta de higiene chegando ao ponto dos clientes estarem ainda nas mesas assentados e a funcionária de saco preto de lixo na mão a tirar tudo o que se encontrava na mesa.
Éramos um grupo de 42 pessoas
Não voltarei lá de certeza 😡
