09/09/2024: Friendly staff and a nice place. But... The juice is watery because half of the glass is filled with water. So it tastes like flavored water. The coffee is unfortunately also thin and therefore watery in taste. The service is poor. Breakfast should have been served in one piece. Everything arrived 10 minutes apart. My yogurt was forgotten. I'm just being honest. It annoys me. I was looking forward to a nice breakfast. The hollandaise with the Benedict also only tasted of mustard and vinegar. I somehow have the feeling that they are deliberately cheating here. By that I mean everything is somehow diluted to get more money. I'm sad and disappointed about it. You just don't do something like that. I can't recommend the café.

01/09/2024: Nunca comi uma poke tão má. Estava horrível, o ananás não sabia a nada, a lima também não, e o molho de soja era demasiado doce. Pedi sumo amarelo, e era péssimo, a pimenta preta não combinava nada. Além disso, o atendimento pecou por falta de simpatia, e o interior do estabelecimento tinha imensas moscas. Pagamos 41€ por 3 pessoas e ficamos super desiludidos. Se soubesse o que sei agora, preferia ter ido comer um cachorro numa roulotte. Certamente, não voltarei, nem recomendo a ninguém.

16/07/2024: Grafil é muito acolhedor, muito profissionalismo, super simpáticas, maravilhosa esplanada com vista sobre a magnífica Vila de Santa Cruz. Recomendo 5*****

04/08/2024: Si vous souhaitez attendre plus de 30 minutes à une table sale remplis de plat des anciens client, c'est le bon endroit, au moment où la serveuse est venu débarrassé la table mon amie lui a demandé si on pouvait commander à ce qu'elle nous à répondu non il y a trop de monde nous ne faisons plus a mangé. Alors qu'en arrivant elle nous a dit d'aller s'assoir quelle viendrait prendre notre commande. Serveuse désorienté et perdu, l'établissement ferait mieux de changer son personnel !! Merci de m'avoir fait perde mon temps

05/06/2024: O hambúrguer foi a pior coisa que comi na minha vida, a carne é péssima qualidade. Nunca mais volto, nem recomendo pedir.

18/06/2024: We were circling the east side counterclockwise and there weren't any places open in the area to have an actual lunch... so I was a bit disappointed to arrive here and see this being more of a snack and coffee shop but it did the trick - and even on a grim day like that it was nice to sit outside and enjoy my cup :) It's basically a small snack shop rather than a restaurant, but it has a very convenient location with a nice view - I can imagine on a good day this being 10 better than my pictures here TIP: cash only
