25/09/2024: Revisited Pausa after having eaten there last year - the food and service was excellent. Shared four tapas between two of us, which was just right.
25/09/2024: Oh dear - we have been here a couple of times before in previous years and had a great experience, not so this time. Our food was poor - not home made. The fried cheese with jam was like something shop bought, the patatas bravas were oven chips with a little sauce on top, several of our padron peppers were black. My salad was ok but uninspired, my husband’s curry was good. The service was non-existent. My husband had to clear plates from our table himself. The dishes were hurried and quickly deposited on our table with no interest from the staff or interaction. Very disappointing, we won’t return.

01/10/2024: Heerlijk vers eten en een uitstekende bediening. Daarnaast ligt het aan een heel leuk pleintje. De menukaart is ook in het Engels Wat erg fijn is.

28/09/2024: We found this little gem by accident. But what a find. Old fashioned service with a smile. This is a true taste of Portugal. The lamb stew is unreal ,just be aware its packed at lunchtime with locals, so that tell you all you need to know. Will definitely be back.

29/09/2024: Food was good but at dusk, bring you mosquito juice. Location on the docks was pleasant. We had steak with arugula and cod.
22/09/2024: Lovey restaurant. The food was amazing and the staff were friendly and helpful. We went at sunset and the views were great. Also the Sangria was the best I’ve ever had and I’ve had a lot of Sangria. We had such a lovely evening that we booked to go back on our last night.

16/08/2024: O chouriço de entrada estava bom, mas o prato principal infelizmente foi um pouco insosso e nada de especial. Você pode ter um bom jantar lá, mas não deve esperar uma culinária de primeira classe.
16/08/2024: Impecável. Atendimento rápido, atencioso e comida muito saborosa (tanto os pratos de peixe como os vegetarianos). Depois da primeira vez, regressámos alguns dias mais tarde e não ficámos desiludidos. Os peixes estavam muito bem temperados e o vinho branco da casa excelente. Um dos melhores restaurantes da área: aconselhamo-lo a todos os amantes da boa comida.

10/10/2024: A great restaurant with lovely, fresh Portuguese food. The service is always great and I love the atmosphere too.
I've eaten here several times and have always thoroughly enjoyed the food. My favourite so far is the Tuna Steak.
The service is great and the food is very reasonably priced. I'll definitely be back.

30/03/2024: Há 20 anos que venho a Portugal e é a primeira vez que tenho de devolver arroz completamente estragado. O segundo arroz que me trouxeram não era papucha, mas não tinha sabor algum. Um dos piores arrozes que já comi na vida. Foi ruim até o bolcha bowling, que já é difícil.
29/03/2024: Excelente, boa comida tradicional portuguesa e algarvia. Comemos uma deliciosa e farta Cataplana de Tamboril. Sobremesas muito deliciosas.

28/09/2024: We booked in for an early dinner at 5:30. The restaurant is a pretty building and lots of character inside. Staff were attentive and friendly and made us feel really welcome. The menu was nice with plenty of tapas options. The food was full of flavour and nicely presented. The wine by the glass was good quality and we had a lovely relaxing dinner experience
27/09/2024: Sehr gute Tapas, aber nicht wie gewohnt, sondern etwas Besonderes. Sehr schönes Ambiente, jeder Raum geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich wohl und willkommen. 5 Sterne auch fürs Essen. Sehr lecker.
