11/10/2024: Excellent. Where to start, my wife and I were wondering about looking for somewhere nice to eat and we found Casanova down a little side street. It looked really nice so we sat down and we were greeted by lovely staff who were very polite and helpful. The menu had some very nice looking gluten free options. When the meals came out they looked really nice and tasted lovely. It really was one of the best meals I have ever had. I would definitely go back. And the price was very reasonable. Seriously can't praise this lovely restaurant enough.
08/10/2024: We stumbled upon this yesterday one evening and went in as it was very busy. It did not disappoint. The steak was amazing, I got the steak on the rock, and my husband got the t bone. They were both full of flavour and tender pieces of steak. Staff were extremely friendly, and there was a lovely atmosphere.

01/01/2025: Sentados sobre mirar el puerto deportivo durante unas horas por las tardes con el sol brillando lo que no es como el personal amable y siempre parecía un lugar ocupado volvimos 2 noches de 4 noches que nos alojamos para una comida dentro de la cual no podía faltar todo recién cocinado sabroso y bien presentado el Monkfish & King Prawn Kebab servido con patatas hervidas con mantequilla era absolutamente delicioso
Hora Feliz 3 pm a 7 pm
Llegar a ti mismo allí 👍
11/10/2024: El lugar parecía ocupado la noche anterior, así que dijimos que lo intentara. UGH... Mi pareja pidió cóctel de gambas y tengo el calamar para empezar. nunca en toda mi vida he visto cóctel de gambas con tomate y un huevo cocido en . Asqueroso. Tengo el calamar, tengo seis anillos de calamar y cinco rodajas extremadamente grandes de limón.
Mi compañero tenía el cerdo en mostaza que estaba sofocado en salsa y un montón de patatas fritas al lado. tenía el salmón que estaba bien. No volveremos.

18/09/2023: We came here as our final night on our trip to the Algarve and was extremely impressed! As soon as we walked in we were made to feel very welcome by the staff and was seated in the most beautiful garden surrounded by nature, the perfect setting for a very nice meal!
The wines here were also amazing and were paired perfectly by the waiting staff!

13/10/2024: Heerlijke lunch met kipsaté en geitenkaassalade. Eigenlijk zoals het hoort. Goede prijs/verhouding. Tiramisu was ook top. Maar de slagroom is op zijn Portugees...uit de spuitbus
04/10/2024: Un magnífico restaurante portugués en Carvoeiro. . La comida era simplemente deliciosa. El personal era encantador y educado y muy amable. Nos encantó.

10/10/2024: Gemütliches , hübsches Restaurant mit kleiner Karte, viele Tapas. Man kann innen oder draußen sitzen, Reservierung unbedingt. Wir hatten Thunfisch-Tatar, Garnelen in Currysauce und Fischrogen-Salat, alles sehr lecker
22/09/2024: Really enjoyed the food hear. A great selection on the menu and really nice staff. Used our Fork discount so made even better value

Local onde fui por inúmeras vezes, com a sua antiga gerência. Sempre que vinha a Portimão era local obrigatório tanto pelas tapas ou simplesmente tomar um copo de vinho ao final da tarde. Hoje este mesmo local cobraram-me 8€ por meio jarro de vinho da casa (o qual é de box)
Senti-me assaltado pelo empregado!!
Enfim!!

15/01/2025: This restaurant offers exceptional value: The basic offer is 3 courses and a glass of wine for 15 euros! There are options to go beyond this but it makes the best of the meagre budget. You would expect the food to be disappointing but it was excellent! As it is popular with the local community the fish is super fresh and service is so prompt. We had soup to start with and then I paid a bit extra for octopus. It is like being hosted in a family home and better than many more expensive options!
