17/10/2024: Popped kn here on our last day, wish we'd visited earlier. Had a delicious pizza which was perfectly cooked. My partner had a small pizza meal deal which came with a nicely dressed salad. Both of us really enjoyed our food.
There was plenty of options for vegan and vegetarian diets on the whole menu. Staff were fantastic and I nearly forgot to say that their homemade Tiramisu was a perfect end to our meal, and holiday
16/10/2024: Wow, amazing pizza probably the best I've ever had , same goes for the garlic bread so light and airy . Can't fault this place, super friendly family run business amazing customer service, always go the extra mile to make you feel welcome , can't wait to see you all again in May

Restaurante Pizzaria Salt & Pepper

15/09/2024: We have visited Salt and Pepper twice now and each time the food has been fab. Lots of variety on the menu to suit all tastes.
Unfortunately no photos to share however we have had prawns in garlic, Portuguese Steak, chicken in mushroom sauce and 2 different fish dishes. Everything was really tasty and plentiful sized portions. More than happy to accommodate any requests to modify chips for potatoes and veg.
Very reasonable prices too. Staff were very helpful and service always with a hearty smile. So glad we stopped by, quieter in Sep and we didn’t need to book on either visit.
08/09/2024: Zum Mittagessen hatten wir das Steak portuguese (sehr gut, auf den Punkt gebraten) und den Thunfisch (der war leider zu lange gebraten daher etwas trocken!). Das war aber alles, was es zu kritisieren gab. Preis- Leistung sehr gut. Service sehr freundlich.

20/10/2024: Moins bon que n'importe quel Quick ou macdo. Des frites avec du riz et un peu de poulet.
Crème au café et une crème au chocolat. 28 EUR. Pas cher mais pas bon.
12/09/2024: Simple et efficace.
La carte propose des formules avec un très bon rapport qualité prix.
Amateur de poulet portugais, je recommande.

Het is een cafe/koffiebar/snackbar, een mengelmoes zeg maar.
Lekker terras met zon en schaduw.
Enkele keren geweest voor koffie en een snack.
Een simpele tosti, 2 kleine stukken vierkant fabrieks brood op elkaar met een plakje kaas was al €4, dit is duur voor Portugal.
Je moet zelf bestellen aan de bar.
Locatie is goed.
05/10/2024: Surprised at all the other reviews of this place. We went late evening, ordered a chicken pizza and fries which we shared between two of us. The lemonade with passion fruit exceeded my expectation... very fresh and generous size. Toilet facilities were very clean and friendly service from the staff. Would definately go again as we did not have space for desert. The ice Creams look nice.

13/10/2024: 8 of us looking for somewhere to eat on a Saturday evening, so most places were busy except for La Barca, which had good reviews...
Starters were overpriced, some close to €20.
The pizza I had was dreadful - the base tasted like frozen dough and was not cooked - likewise with the toppings which made for a sloppy and tasteless pizza. The steaks were not of good quality, one was not edible.
A huge disappointment on our last evening - many better places to eat in the old town.
02/10/2024: We went here while We were in Albufeira Old Town, We passed here on numerous occasions but because I drink guinness only I didn't go in so one day as We were passing I asked if they did guinness and when the lady said yes We booked it for that evening and We are happy We did, The food (Lasagne) was amazing and the service was brilliant, The staff are so friendly and very helpful.
