04/04/2024: Recomendação 100% Lugar super agradável à beira d'água para comer ostras, beber uma boa taça de vinho ou simplesmente aproveitar o sol com um café. A atmosfera é ótima e o serviço é incrivelmente amigável.

05/10/2024: Ordered the supposed oven baked salmon which was shown as a piece of fillet on the photo on menu This was to be served with sauteed vegetables and pea risotto What arrived was a very bland looking cutlet of salmon, boiled carrot and broccoli with cheese drenched white risotto which had a few peas in it. When I mentioned this to the water was told we no longer serve the fillet and “fish was grilled in the oven” No attempt to resolve by a manager, we were charged full price, reputational risk was shrugged off as we paid the bill before even being offered dessert or coffee First and last time for sure!

11/07/2024: Ma 1ere expérience il y a quelques mois pas concluante du tout. Un loupé peut arriver, j'y suis retourné en Juillet, si j'avais oubliée pourquoi je n'y retournais plus, maintenant je sais !! Au bout de 15mn je suis allez déranger les serveur qui discutait entre eux, leurs demandant de bien vouloir prendre ma commande, ont ma répondu sèchement de m'autoriser de bien vouloir me laisser la prendre à table !!! La bonne blague. Ce fut fait, une 1/2 heures après ne voyant rien venir j'ai demandé à la serveuse qui passait où en était la commande, après renseignement un serveur qui semblait être un responsable nous à répondu qu'il y avait eu un problème avec notre commande, enfin environ 1h après nous avons été servies. Conclusion. . . Plus jamais !!

03/10/2024: Food was outstanding just as good as being in Italy. Very clean restaurant, lovely friendly staff. I just couldn’t fault it and will be back again to sample more off the delicious menu.

01/10/2024: We always visit this restaurant every time we visit quarteria. My husband and I had a salad, Focaccia bread with mozzarella and a mushroom risotto to share, everything was so tasty. Great service will be back soon.

28/09/2024: We would recommend this restaurant to anyone. The menu is extensive and each of our courses excellent. A very good selection and all tastes catered for. Very well priced and very popular. To avoid disappointment, we would recommend that you book. It was also very clear that a number of guests were local, always a good sign, and also repeat guests who had been before. The service was perfect and very reasonably priced. Excellent and thank you.

25/10/2024: This restaurant keeps improving. Lovely staff, great food & atmosphere. Minor complaint - the cocktails could be better, but that is a minor gripe. We will be back for sure.

25/10/2024: The prices are a little more expensive compared to the rest of our trip, but it is a restaurant at a resort so it should be expected in my opinion. The lasagna was tasty. The apple pie was amazing and the Tiramisu was good. I would return to this restaurant.

04/10/2024: Delicious food elegantly presented. Warm, sophisticated ambient setting. Can hardly ask for more. Oh yes! Reasonably priced menu. One of our favorites.

19/11/2024: Delicious food and lovely atmosphere. Fillet Steak was perfectly cooked. I didn’t order it but felt the need to eat my husband’s it was so good!

19/11/2024: Depois de muitos anos “de castigo” devido a uma má experiência, resolvemos arriscar e voltar a esta casa, e em boa hora o fizemos, muito bom mesmo, começando no staff, entradas, comidas e sobremesas, foi tudo TOP

20/10/2024: Disappointing overall. Not a good start- of the 15 wine wines on the wine list, just 3 were available; one cheap, one mid price, one the most expensive. Poor stock keeping, or a way to encourage more expensive sales? The meals were served with an interval( mine first, then my partner’s ten minutes later. This is not how it should be done. Desserts were indifferent- heavy on cream and ice cream. Standards have fallen a bit at the Haven.

22/09/2024: For the first time in my life I didn’t enjoy fish soup…that’s telling. Be prepared to have the croutons pre-placed in your soup without you knowing and no form of gluten present warning in the menu. The rest of the food was what you would expect from an average (most of them cheaper) seafood restaurant. Service took forever.

05/10/2024: Lovely setting, we sat outside. Lots of food to choose from and polite attentive staff. Relatively good pricing and good sized portions.

27/09/2024: There are countless Italian restaurants, on and off the marina, in Vilamoura. Over the last 20+ years, we’ve probably tried most of them. Each time we return to Il Lamparo (which is usually a couple of times a year), it is easy to see why it is head and shoulders above its competitors, and always has been. Its location, at one corner of the marina, is perfect for lunch or dinner, the food quality is consistently exceptional and the service impeccable. It maybe a euro or two more than some other restaurants, but still represents excellent value for what you get as the total package. It’s family owned and run: they are welcoming as hosts and clearly passionate about their food and maintaining the highest gourmet standards which they set.

02/05/2024: We happened to find this restaurant and were surprised to find that we were their first customers after an extensive renovation. The restaurant is quite sophisticated looking with dark wood tables and very cool lighting. Very nice atmosphere with a very nice outdoor patio for the warmer weather. Service and food were top notch. We had a pizza, salad, and a ravioli dish. A red wine from the alentejo was excellent for 6 euro a glass. Entire bill came to 47 euro. Highly recommend and hope to return

14/10/2024: The concept was great. You have a dial at your table. When you put it at green, you are open to having pizza and pasta. The staff continually come around offering slices of different types of pizza or servings of pasta. When full, turn the dial to yellow which means no more entree, just dessert. We had 4 different types of dessert pizza. Then turn to red which means I’m done, please bring my bill. Everyone is charged the same price, which was reasonable for the amount of food consumed. Pizza and pasta we selected were delicious!!!

14/08/2024: Local agradável, comida original e deliciosa. Relação qualidade preço excelente. Maioria dos funcionários simpáticos. Daí as 4 estrelas e não 5.

29/10/2024: Vraiment trop cher pour une pizzeria De base les pizzas ne sont pas données mais avec les suppléments c est le ponpon 2 € les 5 ou 6 feuilles de roquette idem pour le bacon. La pizza n etait pas mauvaise mais les pâtes aux champignons Vraiment pas bonnes et pourtant j adore les champignons., J' imaginais une sauce champignons truffes crémeuse et douce mais la franchement c était pas bon du tout, un mélange marron hyper fort en goût limite amer :-( On regrette d avoir payé si cher pour si médiocre

26/10/2024: Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Abend mit leckerer Pizza und Pasta in tollem Ambiente und sehr nettem Gastgeber! Kinder sind hier sehr willkommen mit Spielecke und eigenem Kinder-WC! Wir kommen wieder!

06/11/2024: A really good bar to visit for lunch, we were taken there for the first time by our friend who recommended we go and have lunch there. We had the set Lunch menu, of two courses and a drink. It was very good value for money, no we know it’s location just over the railway level crossing in Almancil we will certainly visit there again.

12/09/2024: Absolutely amazing food in a lovely welcoming setting, friendly staff and great service. Great menu, lots of choice. I had Fillet of beef was superb.

06/09/2024: Comida italiana bem confecionada mas com um pão de alho com queijo fora do vulgar sendo usado uma base de pão tipo forma. Apesar de um pouco lento o atendimento dado o restaurante ter estado lotado, correu tudo bem sendo que o tiramissu é muito bom
