17/10/2024: A real disappointment. My husband and I came from Funchal to have lunch on a recommendation from a driver. Our Picado Espade was basically a plate of soggy waffle potatoes with fish on top and a few bits of tomato. The bruschetta wasn’t any better. The price was 19.90 Eur. Save your money.
22/09/2024: Juist buiten het "toeristische straatje" in Camara de Lobos maar zeker een aanrader. Lekker gegeten en vriendelijk personeel.
Inrichting is niet super gezellig en de zaak heeft ook geen terras maar het eten maakt veel goed.
Zelfs wie een goede eter is gaat hier met een vol buikje weg. Twee keer gegeten en twee keer OK. Een aanrader.

Choix de la carte varié et traduit en plusieurs langues, dont le français.
Vue sublime en terrasse au bord de mer !
Personnel pas très souriant mais professionnel et rapide.

04/11/2024: We really enjoyed this restaurant for lunch. We went 3 times. We loved the local bread and enjoyed steak sandwiches. The fresh orange juice was delightful. We sat on the outside terrace. A peaceful place to sit. The staff were very friendly and attentive.

Serviram me peixe que cheirava a podre uma tristeza!!😥 Depois de ver um anúncio enganoso na rede facebook em que mostravam um prato de peixe que ha vista merecia provar enganeime redondamente.. comida de malisssima qualidade.. No fim a empregada ainda pediu desculpa, e acabei por pagar tudo...

03/10/2024: Wir haben im Hotel gewohnt und waren viel unterwegs. Daher haben wir LEIDER nur einmal dort gegessen. Es war sehr sehr gut, der Service freundlich und aufmerksam, und das Essen (Fisch ) sehr lecker. Ich bedaure es, nicht öfter dort gegessen zu haben. Also, wer das liest, geh hierher und geniess die tolle Aissicht, das feine Essen und den freundlichen Service. Es ist eine Wohltat nach dem Trubel im Örtchen.
21/09/2024: We stayed at the hotel and had dinner here on our first night. The view, the food and the staff were all amazing. I would 100% recommend. We had prawns, tuna and sea bass and they were all beautifully cooked. The sea bass was the best I’d ever had!

09/11/2024: Great little restaurant, wonderful food and service.
Seen through the 'front' doors from the street it does not seem particularly enticing, but, the outdoor seating, right by the harbour side, is the perfect spot. The fish selection is good, especially the parrot fish and the lagareiro style squid.
The young woman who served us was funny, friendly and very helpful. Will certainly go back on our next trip.
03/11/2024: Restaurante com ótimo ambiente, vista direta para o porto. Bom peixe. Bife de atum no ponto. Misto de peixe com dese generosa. Atendimento muito bom e simpático.
